Clock sent to Curt's Clocks 4-7-2021 for repair. Per ****'s Clock, clock "overhauled" 9-23-21. Suspension wire replaced 11-3-21. On 3-8-22 Curt's Clocks advised "The clock is running but still dialing it in. 30 mins fast, so i have to add some more weight to balance." Thereafter my emails to Curt's Clocks ignored. Their phone answered saying he ( ***************************) is too busy to answer phone or return emails and i could take my clock back and go somewhere else. I called local police ***** 6-29-22. On 6-30-22 received email from Curt's Clocks saying clock ready and would send bill as soon as he knew what address i was at. on 7-1-22 i advised my address. On 7-1-22 he sent a bill for $1,010 or $1,050 if paid by PayPal. This bill included a" Harassment " charge of $700 . Hoping to get my clock back i paid Curt's Clocks by PayPal on 7-3-22. Did not receive clock. On 7-28-22 strange email from Curt's Clocks said "yep absolutely the clock will be coming home monday. please confirm address. ****************************** ." On 7-28-22 I advised (again) my address. As of this date and moment i have not recevied my clock!
