      As many people here have said, I also scheduled an exam, showed up and was unable to take it because no one was at the testing site. That wasn't the bad part though, because mistakes happen. The bad part is that I called them to tell them that I wanted a refund for their mistake, and they said, you can't get refunded after your exam time. Are you serious? Your failure is the reason I couldn't take the exam! I was there and ready. Unfortunately because they are a monopoly, I will probably have to subject myself to their terribleness again at some point.

      I waited three hours to take an exam and finally gave up and left. There were no ******** available and when I got to position 1 the software knocked me back to the end of queue again. I just called it quits after that. Waited half an hour to chat with a representative but no one available the entire time. After chatting and talking to support agents the next Monday, the best they would do is open a case to "investigate" my concerns. Ridiculous.

      On here doing a ********* certification and the OnVue application is straight broken. It worked fine last week but today it's crashing. I suspect it's a reliability issue on their end but how can I prove it? Out $100 on the fees for this.

      AWFUL EXPERIENCE I was attempting to take the exam for the *** Security Specialty Certification and this was by far my worst experience dealing with them. I have received 3 certifications from Amazon Web Services in the past using Pearson Vue, so I know how the process goes. The first ************************, required me to show my working area as always. No problem. However, he began asking me to show more and more than what I am accustomed to doing which was strange. I didn't complain but it seemed excessive. But I got through that, just to get an even worse ******* later named ******. I asked ****** if I could simply walk over to turn on my light in my room where I'm taking the test because over here on the east coast of *******, it gets darker after 4:00pm est. She stated yes, I just have to position the webcam to show what I'm doing. I did just that, walked over to the light in literally 2-3 seconds total to complete. But when I sat down to position the camera back towards me I covered the cam for a SPLIT SECOND. She then revoked a test I was an hour into that takes 3 hours, and cost $300 to take. UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE, and I'll be honest and say it felt discriminatory from both proctors. I'd never experienced that treatment before from Pearson. I'm disappointed and I definitely want to ensure this is something I can get retectified by someone at Pearson. Lack of empathy and respect all the way through this process. ZERO STARS

      ZERO STAR REVIEW My son was going to register for 2 upcoming MCAT tests. He didnt realize he could do only one at a time and registered for the wrong one initially. Within 5 minutes we tried to reschedule it but we were told it would be $50.00. We called AAMC and they gave us a number to Pearson Vue to correct it. After dealing with SEVERAL people and being placed on hold and passed around for over an hour, they said they cant help us. They told us we had to call AAMC. We called them again only to reach the most disrespectful and rude lady that ended up hanging up on us because we were asking questions. This Pearson Vue preys on people to scam them out of as much money as possible, knowing that students have no other choice. Shame on you for your customer ********************** or lack there of

      Pearson Education is an absolutely horrible company to deal with. They basically bilk students of their money. If you have to get a refund in the event of dropping a class or whatever, good luck. There is absolutely no accountability with this company. I've spent literally hours trying to get a simple refund and ended up having to file a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back.Pearson Education should be regulated or somehow made to be accountable for how they handle student's issues. Further, their platform is absolutely horrible. Not at all intuitive. Hard to navigate and find what you're looking for. Actually makes it harder to learn your course material, in my opinion. In essence, it's a racket.

      The worst online platform I have ever used. Tried to have my APICS exam through it and the platform didn't work. Ended up having to reschedule twice, paying undue fees, and spending many hours on the phone trying to get a resolution.

      Pearson is flat out AWFUL! I ordered a book online on Thursday, 8/11 and paid for 2 business day shipping. I checked the order status on Monday, 8/14 (which was the second business day) and it showed that it was still pending. I called customer ********************** who assured me that the book would arrive by end of day Thursday, 8/18. I stressed the importance of this as I was leaving to go out of state on Friday, 8/19. I checked the status of the order on 8/18 and it still hadn't changed. I called customer ********************** again on 8/18 and according to 2 customer ********************** reps and 1 supervisor, the book STILL hadn't left the warehouse. I then requested it be sent to my in-laws house where we were going. They said they would have to check with the warehouse to see if it was still there and if the address could be changed. They said that process would take 3-5 hours. I never received a phone call back so after 5 hours, i called them. The rep I spoke with that time said the book was already shipped and there was no way to change the address. On 8/20, the book still isn't showing as shipped and no one seems to know what they are doing. I have gotten several different stories and the most they would do is refund my shipping. I have now requested the sale to be cancelled as my class has already started and Amazon did a much better job ensuring my book to arrive on time. Worst customer ********************** i have ever had!! I am glad this is my last class as I will NEVER use Pearson again!

      Fraudulent activity took the Mblex test 2 xs they will not give you your results they charge ****** per test you take. I took the test 2xs which they claim I failed I don't believe them.to top it all off they raised the test amount to ****** more during Covid pandemic, how is taking a test not giving you results even legal? Smells like fraud to me robbing people of money.
