      I recently have been able to take the ********************* Associate test through Pearson Vue in order to obtain my CDA. I had to reschedule my exam three times after showing up on my scheduled test time only to be told that the date I signed up for was not actually an available time slot. After finding this out, I was able to contact Pearson Vue to attempt and reschedule my exam, but since I did not cancel 24 hours in advance I would not be able to take the exam again until six months later. I had to file a complaint with the company and they were "very generous" in allowing me to reschedule my exam. After taking my exam over a month ago, I still have not received my results. I called and asked about this, as results are only supposed to take ***** hours to come in, and they claimed I never took my test, even though I did, and their website even says I did. They lost my exam scores. I recently graduated from high school, and this was the next step in my career, and now I will not be able to take it again due to the scores not being inserted, therefore I cannot take another test until they are. I am unsure of what to do in order to obtain my test scores and my CDA, it is very frustrating and I will no longer be going through this company.

      I signed up for a required test for teaching in my state with online proctoring. The ******* never conducted the webcam viewing of my workstation as I waited for initial contact to be made from them. The prompt said they may chat, speak, or even call from a certain area code so I still had my phone nearby. I began the tutorial as it popped up, still waiting for guidance from the ******* now at the end of my tutorial, so I picked up my phone and put it in the drawer. First words from the ******* Are you done with your test? Then, asked why I was on my phone and canceled my test $130 in their pocket if their biased review doesnt favor justice.Its a shame a monopoly on testing robs teachers due to the fact proctors can not pay attention to stage of the exam the person is at I was waiting for a call from them it just said that was possibility. What happened to hello, Im your ******* Ill be walking you through the next few steps to get you started. I wish I could post the screenshots, I wasnt even past the instructions yet.

      I had my appointment two months in advance and had done every test required for the online exam. I live four hours from the nearest testing center. Every time I tested, I was good to go - no problems. Until the day of the day of the test and they cant see me. But everything on my end is working. Have been trying for 3 hours to take this lousy exam and they offer zero technical support. Terrible company. They shouldnt be allowed to ******* anything ever!

      So you book your timeslot online. They know how many people are booking that time slot and how many proctors they have. Instead of not letting you book a time that is already overbooked, they allow you to. Then they warn you that if you are late you get no refund/rescheduling. So please tell me why I was 15 minutes early to my online exam, and am still in a queue 45 min after my start time for an exam, with an estimated wait time of another 50 min. I will be waiting over an hour and a half for an exam that has a total time of ******************************************** employees, you wouldn't allow this. you have the technology in place to do so, but only care about getting the money from the test takers.
