I would give zero stars if I could. They did absolutely nothing for me. They charged me $85 just to talk to someone. Hope no one else falls for this overpriced business. Recommend just using ******* I got a lot more out of that for free.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I had a terrible experience. The service is insanely overpriced. The person with whom I spoke was rude and unhelpful. I got nothing for my $85. This business takes advantage of people in stressful, sometimes crisis situations, and gives them nothing. A scam by scum. I have filed a complaint.

Charged us 80$ only to tell me that I needed to upload a picture of the mushroom my dog ate to a ** group and have them identify it. Refused to accept my ID of the mushroom, because she said that the ** group had botanists in it. I looked at the group- how do a hairdresser and a mechanic have more botany experience than I do? Waste of money, and rude as can be. When I told her I knew what the mushroom was, and needed the treatment plan because my dog was dying, told me If your dog was really dying youd be on the way to the vet.

I would give them "0" stars if I could. My credit card is now receiving fraudulent charges after contacting them.

$75 charge for a treatment plan for the toxic poisoning of a living being is disgusting. $75 for me to wait on hold, $75 for the emergency clinic still being on hold 15 minutes after I called them with the case # (getting that info to the ** clinic is not included), and $75 after another 30 min & the clinic only receiving a partial treatment plan. Incidentally, used ****** for $0 to discover that the ingested medication is toxic and must be immediately treated. If anything, treatment was delayed because of this.

It is sad that someone has to pay ***** to get referred to their local vet emergency clinic. You should be able to go to your clinic without a case number from the pet poison helpline. This is taking advantage of people who are in a panic situation. I can't believe this is allowed to happen.

I had no problem paying the $75 fee. It's understandable. However, what is not understandable was the length of time that it took to actually speak to someone. We were on hold so long that we opted to take our puppy to the nearest 24 hour emergency care veterinarian. Problem is they wouldn't even see us until we spoke to the poison control helpline. So we called again in the parking lot. Finally after 30 minutes we spoke to them and they said give the emergency vet the case #. So basically it's a racket, a bunch if unnecessary BS that we had to endure as our puppy threw up for 2 hrs.
