      This business has charged me a 3000 fee for insurance due to the insurance company making a mistake, i was under the impression there was insurance on the vehicle. Now this company wants to rip me off and charge me outrageous fees for a mistake that was not of my doing and i had no knowledge of. They are unwilling to work with me and i feel that every customer should be aware of this company's scams to rip people off by charging unnecessary fees.

      I had my car broken into last Friday Aug 12,2022. My debit card and ID was stolen from my car.There is/was a transaction made on my debit card from the thieves that had stolen my wallet for the amount $429.50. The bank flagged it as a fraudulent charge. As of today , Aug 19,2022 i still do not have the monies back into my account. I have called their ***** Services numerous times and keep getting runaround and even from the local bank as well.I also did file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commissions as well on this matter.I have two police reports that the bank hasn't requested yet. Once this is resolved, i will pull my monies from this bank.. Zero apology , Zero help or reaching out to me on my behalf. I hope this will help get it resolved.
