    2016 Kia ******* purchased on 9/10/22 from Ace Auto Sales for ******. Although it was an as is purchase, there was issues with the vehicle two days later. On 9/12 the dealership was called because the check engine light came on/appeared to have been the fuel cap. *** requested it be brought to them on 9/28 after calling again with wheel bearing issues and low oil/low coolant. *** changed the oil cap and said they wouldn't be doing anything else. On 9/30 while driving the car stalled me on the side of the road and would not start. I had to have it towed off the road. Ace Auto was contacted and they said they would not do anything for me. I reminded them I have just purchased it less than 3 weeks ago and had nothing but problems since. In contacting a Kia ******* they claim the motor is blown/shot. The dealership will not work with anything for me on this. I would like to get my money back, i do not want a different vehicle from this dealership.

    Customer purchased an As-Is vehicle with no extended warranty service contract. Customer brought vehicle in due to a check engine light and possible pre-existing oil leak. No oil leak was found during inspection, fluids were checked, oil cap was replaced, and vehicle was returned to customer. Customer reports 20 days after purchase she encountered some additional vehicle issues that were not present before. Customer purchased an AS-IS vehicle as stated and signed for via Contract and is responsible for all future maintenance of vehicle after purchase. Due to no extended warranty purchase, we cannot assist customer further with any warranty replacement/repair for any of the current complaints nor any future complaints customer might have with her AS-IS Vehicle purchase.
