    Ordered a firearm and received confirmation that it was being fulfilled, there were only 3 in stock at the time of the order being confirmed. The other two were sold at a higher price a few hours later. A local dealer cancelled my order after seeing the other two sell. Then, relisted the firearm the following day at a higher price than the other two that were sold.
    Guns.com clearly doesn't penalize this behavior as dealers are allowed to do this and they (guns.com) are, therefore, complicit. Guns.com and their dealers will only honor their agreements when it is convenient for them to do so and they will break their agreements when they think they can make more money; disgusting behavior. I cannot recommend this business and I will never do business with them again unless they resolve this. I will give them 3 days to respond before I close my account.
    I submitted a formal complaint with guns.com asking them to honor the original sales price of my cancelled order and they never acknowledged it. I called customer service and they said they can't change prices.
    I tried to leave this review on guns.com to warn potential buyers, but was unable to do so.

    Solid customer interactions here. I've bought a glock frame and a Kimber 2K11 Target from them and had them ship to my range in ******** VA. Easy purchasing on the internet, fast shipping and both serialized items were exactly as expected and described. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    This is my second time doing business with guns.com and my last. I rached out as soon as i made my order to notify ghat there was a mistake on my order i ment to get the Sig Sauer P226 SA/DA but got the SAO and they said there was noghing they could do to change my order i would like to remind you this is a $1,400 pistol that i now have to keep because they would not help a fellow.

    I have purchased Ruger LCRs twice from Guns.com. The process was nearly seamless and each time was delivered to my FFL dealer locally for transfer within just a few days. With Guns.com I can find what I want, unlike a local gun shop, and have it within the week. I will be buying from them again.

    So far I've sold them three guns and bought three guns. All transactions went flawlessly. I received very fair prices for the guns I sold, and thought I got very good deals on the guns I purchased. The one time I needed customer service help adding a FFL for an order, they were very helpful and great to deal with. Guns.com is the real deal. I would certainly recommend them,and plan an using them again.
