    Being a firearm for the first time can be a very nerve racking experience, but the folks at guns.com made it seem less and smooth. A tremendous job done by all. I will be coming back to them for any future needs I have in the field.

    Had to wait over a week to get approved for a refund after a package got refused at the FFL for damage to the package. Got approved for a refund $6.99 less than what I was charged. Went back to double check the receipt and apparently, including tax, they added an extra $6.99 to the total without listing it anywhere on the receipt. Still have yet to have my refund process into my bank account 2 days later. Never shopping with them again and I'd advise nobody else does either.

    I'll never sell a firearm to guns.com again. I submitted my rifle for review. They made an offer, and I accepted. They sent me a label, and I shipped it off. After a couple of weeks, I got a call from guns.com saying they sent me an email (never received) and they had lowered their offer because of a defect I had already described when I submitted it. They knew the problem was there. The lady looked at my description and said, "Yes, you're right. I'll go back and see if they will reconsider." I never heard back from her, but I did receive an email saying they were sending me the lower amount, even though I never accepted the reduced offer. When talking to the customer service rep, she said if I didn't accept their offer, I would have to pay for the return shipping and the FFL transfer fee. So they can lower the offer for whatever reason they decide, and if you don't accept it, you have to pay to get your gun back. They have all the power in the transaction.

    SPAM. I just received an email from them claiming I joined their site, which I did not. I'd actually never even heard of them until this happened. So, someone used my email address to create a fake account on their site. Incredibly sketchy.

    I ordered a shotgun from a seller in Guns.com. Package was damaged during delivery and I tried to contact Guns.com customer service but haven’t heard anything back. Its been over a week… guess they made their money and don’t care about the transaction after the fact…

    Guns.com has fast shipping time and some really good prices. Had a good first experience brought a factory new gun and it was what I expected. I would shop here again.

    Refusal to return and abide by their own return policies. Fail to appropriately and accurately track the status of sales and refunds. Forces customers to rely on middle-men in order to process refunds. I am 3 months late on receiving a refund guaranteed by their policy. Contractual violations within the sale of firearms is particularly unscrupulous. Do not shop with them. I doubt they’ll have their license for much longer anyways.

    Sold me a firearm from a manufacturer that is out of business. Had issues with firearm from day one. Guns.com told me it wasn't their problem and all sales are final. Months later they are still selling the same manufacturer with no disclaimer or mention the the firearm has no warranty.

    I purchased a Remington model 514 add. Read 26"barrle payed up from it twice as much as the 24"barrle I received was worth. Call talked to guns. Com twice asked for money back got the old every one makes mistakes. And this True. I made it payed for it and will not use guns. Com a gain.

    This company's customer service is very poor. I have spent a decent amount of money here, and my last two purchases were defective. They blame the issues on their contractors and the manufacturers, and their only level of support is to tell you to send things back to the manufacturer. These days, there are a lot of FFL and shipping related charges to send their products around, and they were unwilling to reimburse in any way.
