    I have purchased and sold a lot to Guns.com and I have been satisfied consistently. Their customer service works to resolve any issues with orders promptly as well. I have only experienced 1 problem out of a lot of orders and they fixed the issue by simply calling them. Best website to purchase firearms ever. Keep it up Guns.com.

    So I sold a gun to guns.com and that was smooth but I decided to get an e-gift certificate from them so I can buy an optic for one of my guns. For some reason all gift cards are put on hold even if it's from them it's their money that's on the gift card it's finally off hold and it has not shipped yet it's been 24 hours plus and they claim fast shipping and they're closed on Saturdays and Sundays So this is not fast shipping. I emailed them twice about the order they finally got back to me today with no added information they just said it was fulfillment they didn't explain why it was on hold from them. And then I contacted their customer service line on telephone and I got no help whatsoever from them truly pathetic outfit. And I will not be ordering from them or selling anything to them again.

    I have used them several times and they are always fair and honest. They take care of the paperwork and shipping to an FFL is very easy. Will definitely use again.

    I have been ordering from guns.com for a few years now and have had nothing but fantastic service, with one exception, and that was not the fault of guns.com. A custom 1911 I ordered shipped with beautiful slim grips that were secured with regular grip screws, preventing the magazine from releasing. Easy fix, no problem. Other than that, all my transactions have been fast and easy with the product usually looking better than the photos. Keep up the great work.

    Guns.com is the place to buy and sell firearms. The selection of firearms is almost endless and selections seem to always be in stock! The process for either is made very easy. Each step of the way, I was kept informed about everything. Customer service is excellent! This was my first interaction with Guns.com and I must say it was very satisfying and stress-free!

    I had been eying a rifle from them for about a year and I decided to buy it a few months ago. I had made a mistake in the gun stock but with their help I was able to find a company that made the stock I wanted. Very friendly staff and always willing to help with solutions
