    I bought a brand new Sig Sauer p320 X5 Legion on guns.com. It had two scratches on it. One on the right side of the slide and the other was on the slide take down button. This is the first time this has happened to me from guns.com and I'm disappointed. It's an excellent gun though so far.

    Ordered a Glock 19 supposedly "New" on 5-16-2025 it never shipped until I called them multiple times and they finally shipped it on 6-4-2025 got here in 2 days I give them credit for that but when I got it I didn't pay it no mind since it's just a Glock 19 that's where I messed up as I trusted these guys for being the biggest if not one of the biggest sellers online, when I got home I took it out the box and was about to shoot it I noticed the sights were busted and the slide was slightly scratched off with some noticable coating was off also the gun would not lock back as the slide lock and slide spring we're not working I called my FFL he said he could not do anything for me. Just upsets me that I waited really long for a supposedly new gun only for it to not be functional in the end. I would not recommend or go thru Guns.Com

    Purchased a suppressor and an adapter from them April, 2025. They are evidently a broker for this and it was fulfilled by Silencer Central of Sioux Falls, SD, who did great. Guns.com also offered an adapter, product description inadequate and thread genders swapped from what would make sense or be usable. Silencer Central sent me back to Guns.com for a swap as Guns.com is the retailer. Guns.com evidently has a no returns on anything ever policy which is listed on their website, except for their branded items which are returnable. They did not disclose the suppressor or the adapter were fulfilled by another company during the purchase. I received no consideration and cannot recommend them or their customer service going forward.

    I had recently had purchased a Non-production Rifle from Guns.com in May of 2025. After speaking with Several Rangemasters and several photos of this reassuring the quality and condition of gun prior to, I decided to purchase from Guns.com. Gun was then received @ my Local FFL and had damage done to the Fine Walnut stock from the bolt being removed and not secured in Packaging during shipment, once I saw this my heart sank and was utterly frustrated that a shipping Dept who knowing ships guns as their livelyhood could send out my gun being oblivious to the fact the bolt is just rattling around in the packaging and not secure and also not to mention the Pre-Busted-up case the gun was shipped in had to have been damaged before gun was even shipped out!! Now after several weeks of speaking to Said rangemasters, Supervisors and countless photos of the condition of gun after being received and condition of packaging showing complete negligence involving the Guns.com shipping department the BEST THEY CAN OFFER ME is for me to return said rifle or refund me $150!!! Rifle has now been sent per me to Winchester/ Browning to be repaired, If guns.com can not do the right thing and pay the original manufacture to repair this rifle I and anyone in my family will continue to NEVER purchase from Guns.com again!!!

    It does not sound like the firearm was packed sufficiently to ensure that it would arrive safely to your FFL. The non-certified Outlet firearm you bought, was listed and shipped by one of the *** dealers in our network. We have provided them with the feedback you shared about your experience, to ensure that they use proper shipping steps for all future orders. 

    Please continue to work with our Service team on wrapping up this matter, now that you have decided to keep the rifle and have Winchester repair the firearm.

    Sold me a factory new KR-103. The manufacturer is no longer in business. The rifle guns.com sold me was defective, the rear trimming was improperly installed. I called guns.com to either get the rifle replaced with a properly built rifle, or get a refund. Guns.com did neither. They told me they would neither replace the rifle, nor would they give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM GUNS.COM. Again, they sold me a defective product, then refused to refund or replace the product.

    I can’t say it’s 100% bad because I’ve not dealt with them for years or anything like that, however I have had one experience I am not too thrilled with in the little bit I’ve used the site. I passed on a deal over the weekend on a Canik Sfx rival in person because I had just purchased one on guns.com... looking back I should’ve taken the offer in person. They canceled my order the following Tuesday due to being out of stock and now I am kinda annoyed by it. It feels like “my gun” was sold out from under me and I’m just supposed to be happy that I am getting refunded.
