    The customer service here is atrocious. Just ridiculous. I bought a shotgun, chose a dealer from THEIR list of licensed dealers, and got a message saying that they will ship the shotgun once they've confirmed the dealer. I get the confirmation email and that it was shipped. Yay! Then after *** tries a couple of times to deliver it, we all come to realize that the "dealer" doesn't exist. Yes, the one on their own site as an approved dealer doesn't exist. After waiting 25 minutes to speak to someone, they tell me that they will have the gun shipped back to them and will have it delivered to a ** dealer (I'm in NY). They ask me to do their job to call the gun shop to make sure I'm allowed as an out of state resident to pick up the gun their. Of course not. That's ILLEGAL. They guy I spoke to said he made a note to have someone call me the next day to confirm or not if the ** dealer is ok for pick up, or figure out something else. No one called me back. Oh, and the customer service email address seems to go to a dead account. I'm still struggling with this. Don't do it. Find a different way to get your gun.

    Hi *** - I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed with your recent guns.com experience. We have thousands of private gun stores as transfer dealers on our site. When one is unresponsive, as was the case with your order, we remove them from our site as an option. It wasn't that they didn't exist, they simply weren't responsive and that's unacceptable. For this reason, we offered to reship your firearm to an alternate FFL. We'd love to help you find exactly what you're looking for, and get it sent to a FFL near you. If we can help with anything further, please give us a call, or reply to our most recent email to you.

    Pretty bad as far as "gun buying" goes. I have no experience with anything else they do. Took four days to get offers on two guns, even though there website says "within one business day". Took four business days. Offers were laughable, ridiculous...you get the point. This place will rip you a new one if you decide to sell, and who knows how long it takes to actually get paid (so many reviews indicate that weeks later, sellers are left with nothing). Pretty shady across the board, in my view.

    That's correct, I was not "thrilled". Your offers did not arrive within one business day as your website promises, and the book values of the guns offered for sale were more than 2 times your offer-to-buy prices. And based on current prevailing feedback found online, your payment practices are also hit and miss, so perhaps you did me a favor. I can (sort of) appreciate your desire to save face here, but your specific incident descriptions and characterizations of your business "experts" is representative of the true disconnect you all have with the market and a customer focus in general.

    Guns.com advertised a case of 22lr ammunition for a low price of which I purchased. Upon receipt of the product, I discovered they sent me only a box. I spoke to a representative who acknowledged a quantity error in their website listing. However, when I stated I wanted to return the box and receive a refund. He said no, there are no refunds on ammunition, even for errors on Guns.com part. Buyers beware of this website. Seems you may or may not receive the product you select from this website.

    After you purchase a firearm. They sit on the firearm and drag out shipping .. whats with these folks .. you pay up front and they drag their heals terrible

    I purchased a gun and even received a *** tracking number that stayed in "Shipment Ready for *** Pickup" for 2 days. I contacted Guns.com and they said the seller sold the gun to someone else. The payment fell off my account however, they did nothing to make it right. ****** learnt: Buy from locals businesses.

    I have purchased many firearms thru Guns.com with only one s**** up; they sent the wrong caliber, but quickly made it right. Fast forward to the last few *********** has become riddled with problems and greed. Twice now I have tried to purchase a firearm and had my order cancelled the next day due to overbooking (as the airlines would call it). There were no more of a particular model available or no longer at the price advertised. On the one hand it sounds like a classic bait & switch, but Ill give them the credit that waiting on the phone for over a half hour on hold for a range master got them to honor the price and send me the firearm. Today it was flat out, nope, we sold two and only had one. Your purchase is no longer valid. And, it appears theyve raised the price almost double for when it does come back in stock.. hmm. Like I said, I have purchased many firearms from these guys, but now I would tell everyone: Theyre sales are not final until *they* say they are. Buyer beware! Ill go back to Sportsmans Warehouse for now.

Specific to the price difference you observed, that's due to allowing our selling dealer partners to establish their own price. We allow our network of FFLs to establish pricing, and we present you with the best pricing at that time. Due to the nature of this, once an item is sold that pricing may no longer be available.     **************** must say, most of the negative reviews seem based on very impatient individuals. To wait a minuscule 3-4 business days for a regulated weapon to be shipped to a persons local FFL doesnt seem unreasonable at all. *** personally placed my first order with Guns.com today around 4:00pm. I was amazed to see an update on my account around 6:00pm, showing a *** tracking number for my order. Today is a Monday, with that tracking number having been created today, I would hope it would ship tomorrow and arrive by the end of this week. But understanding that the world moves at its own pace, and slight delays may occur in business, I wouldnt be upset if it arrived next Monday or Tuesday. Seems lately, everyone on this planet has to have everything yesterday. Our whole way of thinking and behaving has grown adults devolving into children that want instant gratification at every turn. Personally, I called Guns.com while the items were in my cart to verify a few specs and an ESTIMATED shipping timeframe prior to ordering. The hold time was a bit on the longer side, but when I was greeted by a very kind female representative, she was amazingly helpful and kind. She answered all of my questions directly and courteously. If the service speaks to the quality of the company, then I dont foresee any issues. Seems like a reputable company in my opinion ( the mear fact that every bad review has been met with a very reasonable response speaks to that). Looking forward to doing more business with Guns.com!

    I have called several times, spent more than 30 minutes on hold each time, and can not get a service rep on the phone. I am trying to get an update on my order. After reading allot of these reviews, I am worried that I will not be getting my order anytime soon. I got a tracking number but it has not been shipped apparently. I bought this as an early birthday gift to myself. I hope that I can get a reply to this, thank you.

    Im a new customer of ********************** and heard many things making my skeptical about ordering my gun. I place the order and a couple of hours later I get I email entitled You left something behind prompting me to return to me cart. I click the link and it just shows a balance of $0.00 owed. Tried emailing and got no answers yet. If guns.com sees this please answer back.
