    Do not purchase from this site!! There are tons of accounts already about poor business ethics but I experienced my own unforunately. I purchased a firearm and immediately called as it didn't seem like I would be able to receive it in time due to the delays in processing and shipping. They informed me they would either expedite the order if they could or cancel it. The next morning I saw it had been picked for shipment and the timeframe was not expedited. Nothing had been done so I requested once again to cancel the order - they said that they would reach out to the supplier and try. They were unsuccessful and the order shipped and then when I told them once again I didn't want it they accepted the return and then have attempted to charge me a 15% restocking fee. In what world should a restocking fee be a percentage of the value of an item. That makes absolutely no sense. Do not buy from these guys.

Therefore, once your order is in fulfillment, we are not able to cancel your order. This is stated on our website, as well as in your shipping confirmation email you received. When ordering a firearm, it's important to make sure you're ordering the firearm you want and to account for any timeline restrictions you may have.     I called your staff minutes after I placed the order (certainly prior to any fulfillment process had begun) to ensure that the firearm would arrive in the time it stated on the order. The representative told me there was a possibility it would not, so I asked if it would be possible to expedite the order and if not to please cancel. He said he would reach out to the supplier to see if that was possible otherwise he would be able to cancel. He also informed me he would reach back out and let me know what course of action had occurred. I never heard back and the next morning I checked the order and saw that a shipping label had been generated - at that stage I called in and it sounded like it wouldn't arrive in time (it had not been expedited) so I tried to cancel and your staff said 'they would try'. I couldn't have communicated with your staff any more clearly and tried to keep this situation from occurring. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE AFTER YOU DROPPED THE *****

    Hi ****** - I'm sorry you're frustrated with your experience. You asked us to cancel an order, knowing we aren't able to cancel an order after it's placed. Despite this, the Rangemaster you spoke to tried to make an exception for you to stop the shipment. By the time we were able to connect with our selling dealer partner, the firearm had shipped. As stated earlier, we try to get your firearm to you as quickly as possible. You placed your order on a Thursday, and it delivered to your selected FFL by the following Tuesday morning. Your firearm was delivered three days earlier than when you said you needed it by. If you still have any questions, we're always here to help.

    Youre cherry picking information. What about when I called you minutes after the order to cancel if it couldnt be expedited? Couldnt have been more clear and you guys dropped the ball communicating with me. 3 days early doesnt matter. You guys couldnt garuntee it would be there in time and if that was the case I requested to cancel before any fulfillment had begun. AND you continue to ignore that and try and place all the blame and cost with a restocking fee on me. Thats not right and not ethical business practice. Its ok to accept some responsibility over there it wont hurt

    I would never do business with this company again unless you want to be frustrated. They are quick to offer to purchase, ship out a box to send in your firearm, but VERY SLOW to pay you for that firearm! We have spent countless hours calling in, waiting for call backs, etc...The gun was authorized for payment via ACH on October 13th. It's October 21st, and we are still waiting, waiting, waiting...**********

    Today is October 21st I sold them a weapon over 4 weeks ago they sent me a shipping lable through *** I ship my weapon running away I got a response saying that they approved my weapon and then I got a response on October 13th and payment was going to be issued haven't heard nothing from them since contacted them twice and they kept saying being review and they would get back with me they give yoa a phone number to call which is a recorded message. Not good business in my book. After this I won't do any business with them ??????

    I strongly recommend to not do business with Guns.com. Every time I have I regret it. Terrible customer service, never answer phones, dont answer email. I cant believe that theyre in business. FFL dealer listed on Guns.com was not a legitimate dealer, tried to keep my gun until I took it off my credit card. Then Guns.com tells me I have a stolen gun. Theres a lot better online Gun sources.

    I'm sorry to hear you weren't thrilled with your recent purchase, and had challenges with the *** you selected. I see you placed your order on September 19th, the firearm arrived to your selected *** on September 24th and you transferred the firearm on September 26th. If a customer transfers a firearm and then files a chargeback and won't return our calls, that firearm is no longer paid for and is viewed as stolen.     I sold Guns.com a 50 ae (******) on October 3, I received an email saying they inspected the gun & will send my money. On October 5, I received a email saying my payment is delayed due to a new ERP. Ive sent multiple emails called multiple times, no response or answer. If they cant direct deposit my money, why cant they overnight me a check? Its been 7 business days since they excepted my gun. I should have been payed already. Poor customer service. They should have posted on their website that theyre changing payment methods, so a person can make a informed decision

    My wife got an email saying she got signed up for an account on your website yet she doesn't even own a gun. I own some but she never shops for any guns or gun related items so how would she get signed up? Someone must be selling names or emails and you guys must be buying. Forcing yourself on customers is not the way to build trust.

    I used one star because it was as low as I could go. They use a tactic I have not seen before in my 76 years: if you place an order, and check back several days later to check on the status, you will find your account says you have no current orders. So inevitably you place the order again. THEN, suddenly you find they have sent your original order as well as your second order. BEWARE, they will trap you too!

    Hi *** - Sorry to hear you're disappointed with your guns.com experience. You placed your order on September 20th and moments later you received an order confirmation email. The very next day, September 21st you received another email stating your order had shipped, which included the tracking number. When your package arrived on September 24th, you received another email letting you know your order had delivered. If you placed a secondary order a week later, you had received three emails informing you of your order progress, and have had received your package already. I'm very sorry if you don't feel this experience was easy and transparent.     I have used guns.com several times to both buy firearms and to sell firearms. In every case the have been exceptional at both fair prices, quick shipping and exact description of each firearms, unlike some other on line distributors I have used in the past.
