      Total scam. TV advertised slippers for $49. I was charged $67+, with shipping. Returned the uncomfortable product, charged $9.95 return fee. I sent back their product but they still have $24 of mine!! No help from ***************** gave me ************************* email saying hed likely respond. Got a quick response from ****************** (why no last name?) saying all terms were agreed to when the order was placed. Complete scam!!! Dont engage- and the product was lousy. (I couldve ordered thru Amazon and wouldve gotten ALL my $$$ back.) ****** learned.

      I like my my pillow. But theyre not guaranteed for life like they say. I tried to request a replacement pillow and they made it impossible for me. I finally just gave up after they tried to charge me to ship it back.

      My pillow guarantee is false advertising. I returned the slippers and they charged me for shipping AND handling fees amounting to $23.98. Do not deal with this company. They are a rip off.

      ordered sheet set with an extra set of standard pillow cases received queen set called and was told they dont make standard set only standard queen set and after shipping back I would receive one cent refund . Had I been told they only offer standard queen I would not have ordered. Very poor customer service. The owner needs to pay more attention to his employees sales methods and less on advertisements.

      ********** My Slipper's are less than a year old and the sole is falling apart on the toe area. I wrote costumer service and they have never responded.

      I tried to order sheets from this company. My Pillow took my money and never delivered anything. I tried to verify the status of my order and got a runaround. I had to speak to three different people in customer service and was treated with utter indifference. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. It is clear that the there is training to take the money and run.

      You have to pay 24 dollars in shipping and return processing fees (cheapest shipping option). So its a complete scam. As far as the pillow itself it goes flat within 10 seconds of use and I wake up with so much pain in my neck that I regret ever giving this company a chance. There's no way any of these positive reviews are real. The product is literally trash.

      Love my new sheets. Very soft and actually with Queen ************************** Most sheets are full/queen with standard ************************** Such a nice surprise. I would love to see more colors such as taupe, light and dark gray, and dark yellow. I will order again.

      Horrible customer service. They act like Ive interrupted their after noon power nap if u call and ask for help and they are rude and extremely obnoxious and unprofessional. It does not surprise me they are sinking
