      Brought camper to ********************************* Location on July 29 2024 for some repairs on our 2023 camper that was purchased there. Was told before they even looked at the unit that my extended warranty wouldn't cover that, service adviser RH told me he spoke with ***************** and they denied the claim, I was recommended to call the warranty company myself to see if I could have more luck, I called the company and I was told that no one from ************* had reached out with them at all, even though RH told me he called them, called RH back and explained that to him, RH called me later that day and told me they have approved them for diagnosis of the unit, today August 12 2024, 3 weeks later I still have not heard anything or an update, I stop at the store and speak with RH, he tells me they "looked at it" and that he needs to submit things off to the warranty company now. When I asked what they found out RH could not answer my question as the tech hadn't put his notes in yet, 3 weeks later and still no note??? RH calls me this evening and tells me he reached out and submitted it and it was denied, RH tells me I owe them $600! for them to look at it, I was told the warranty company approved them to do it. RH states he never said that, I call the *********** tonight, they tell me they are submitting things from previous service they tell me that service that was completed 6 weeks ago was never submitted for pre authorization and I am now hearing about this, I cant be responsible for repairs that have been made without getting authorization when I've been told the warranty company would take care of it! I feel there has been a lack of organization, communication, and dishonesty!
