    The staff was so helpful with my insurance and all of my questionsl. The dental assistant and the Dr. Mark Phillips made me comfortable with the procedure. They were both so professional yet comforting too. I was so happy that they were able to get me so soon. Highly recommend them.

    I doubt anyone wants to need a root canal, but if you do I encourage you to call Great Lakes Endodontics. They are professional with the newest equipment. Tina and Dr. Mark are so welcoming and kind and do all they can to put you at ease. From getting an appointment that works for you to calling afterwards to check on you, they are a class act with exceptional skills.

    Quick appointment, painless root canal. They have done two for me and Dr. Mark ******** is a gem. He is compassionate, empathetic and funny. Genuinely great care and attention to detail. He is the best!

    Saw Dr. Phillips for a root canal. Besides having to hear the drilling (we all hate that smell and sound of dental drilling) I felt zero pain or discomfort throughout the whole procedure and was able to go immediately back to work. I was in excruciating sensitivity pain and just wish I would have done this sooner. My cheek was a little sore but after a week everything felt good and keeping my real tooth made everything feel just the same as before except no pain! Reading about root canals make them sound really painful and that is why I put it off for so long, but Dr Mark Phillips and his staff made the whole thing easy and submitted everything for my insurance and I was even surprised my insurance sent me my reimbursement check so quickly. Very pleased. THANK YOU

    Referred by my dentist for a root canal and repair of resorbsion issue. Dr. Phillips and his team are 100% professional and work quickly and efficiently. Potential patients should be aware that they do not take dental insurance, however they will submit a reimbursement request to your dental insurance on your behalf. Depending on your insurance coverage, you will be left with considerable out-of-pocket costs for co-pay, co-insurance and the full difference between what an insurance company classifies as "an allowable charge" and the price actually charged for a procedure. Full disclosure.
