I was very happy with the root canal done by Dr Mark P. I was comfortable through the entire process. His assistant, Doran was very efficient as well. Tina at the front desk was super friendly and helpful getting the referral from my dentist and setting up my appointment.Great Lakes Endodontics, P.A.

Whelp. I just had my first root canal done. Having had a bad history with dentists in the past, it goes without saying I was a bit nervous. But, the staff at Great Lakes Endontics took great care to ensure my experience was as professional and trouble free as it could be and they succeeded in spades!
From the first screening to the actual procedure, I saw nothing but genuine concern for a positive outcome of my dental problem and a high level of competence on the part of all, office staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Mark Phillips himself.
The procedure went smoothly. Afterwards, there was some slight discomfort in the joint of the jaw on the side of the root canal, from having had my mouth open so wide for so long. But it wasn't even enough to bother taking anything for pain. Today, the following day, I have noticed some mild discomfort in the tooth area itself but again, nothing that a single 500mg Naproxin can't handle.
So, me, I'm super pleased and know that, if it is ever necessary to have another root canal done, I know where I'm going, Great Lakes Endontics and Dr. Mark.Great Lakes Endodontics, P.A.
