    I saw an ad on ******** for a personalized sign that resembles a National Park welcome sign but which has a family name and date established on it. I ordered two on Oct. 3, 2023--a small one for family friends and a larger one that would be personalized as ***** FAMILY established 2006. The one for our friends arrived a month later. I waited a couple weeks then wrote the company that the second did not arrive. I got back a generic email saying be patient. This was to be an anniversary gift for my husband so I wrote back near the end of November and received an apology email that asked if I wanted the item reissued or refunded. I responded that I preferred a reissue if the item would make it to me by Dec. 30 for my husband's birthday. I received an email saying it had been reordered. A few days later I wrote that I had no order number and no tracking info; inreceived a responsenthat repeated it had been ordered but there still was no order or tracking number attached. Today is Dec. 30 and the item still has not arrived. I just wrote the company demanding either immediate refund OR a fed-ex tracking number. I have ZERO confidence that I will receive satisfactory closure to this issue.
