    We ordered the service to deliver a porta potty and sink. Ordered their service 2 months in advance. I called the day before the items were to be dropped off. I confirmed everything with ***** and informed her I was not going to be available at drop off like I stated when I ordered. I asked if it would be okay to pay over the phone instead of leaving a check for the driver. I gave her my card information to run over the phone along with my CVV. She said we were good to go. I confirmed the total with her and asked her how the name would appear on my bank statement. That's when ***** informed me it would be under Rent and Save and not when nature calls. We ended phone call and about an hour later I noticed a message on my phone. It was ***** from the company stating that she was not able to get my payment to go through. Confused by this and the fact that it was after hours for their business I called and left a message on their voicemail stating I was confused and to please call me back. Right away first thing in the morning 8:00 a.m. I called and and no one answered. I then received a call back from *****. I informed her I had already spoken to the bank and they don't see anything trying to go through and any problems for it not going through. That's when ***** confirmed my credit card information along with my expiration date, and CVV code. She stated went through no problem. I replied I don't understand why it didn't in the first place but I have a concerned about the fact that you guys have my CVV code written down. Next thing I know someone grabbed the phone out of ******* hand and told me she was the owner **** and that how dare I question her integrity and that she was tearing up the order and canceling the driver from delivery. Screamed at me for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. Not only did I not get the service that we paid for, this company left us struggling one day before our event. Storing CVV codes is not PCI compliant ****, IT'S ILLEGAL!
