      Couldnt get my order to work I tired I called they tried helping but no one could. They said try again in 2 hours. Could give me any discount for the hassle. Its big issue and I might not be able to order my kids pictures this year because of them thanks for nothing I dont know how they get schools to use them its pathetic.

      This is one of the worst companies I have ever come into contact with. After trying repeatedly to enter the Picture Day ID for our daughters school picture, an error message just kept popping up. I tried calling the customer service phone number, but after over 45 minutes on hold I just gave up. Now I will likely not be able to order school pictures for our daughter. All of the other 1/5 star reviews all seem accurate. This company is horrendous. Now I don't even trust them to send the pictures if I did order them, after reading all of the other negative comments. ** schools need to find a more professional and reliable company to take their school photos.

      Horrible company. Horrible customer service. My childs picture is out there somewhere and NO ONE can tell me where. Absolutely awful business, customer service, claims to be based out of Minnesota but does not have one single human that speaks English.

      Waiting three months now for pictures and customer service is incapable of helping. I have contacted them
      twice. This business is about to be bankrupt with the way service is provided now. So disappointed that I still haven’t received the huge package I ordered months after the season ended. They are GREAT at spamming you to buy more though. This will be my last order ever. Time to support a local photographer instead.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR CHILD TO A REPUTABLE PHOTOGRAPHER!! I WHOLEHEARTEDLY BELIEVE IF YOU DONT PURCHASE THE TOP/MOST EXPENSIVE PACKAGE, THEY PURPOSELY DIRECT YOUR CHILD TO LOOK DOWN/TURN THEIR HEAD/CLOSE THEIR EYES ETC. AND GUESS WHAT?? THEY ALREADY HAVE YOUR PAYMENT SO, YOU ARE BEAT! SINCE COVID, THE PICTURES HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE THAT MY 3 YEAR OLD COULD TAKE A BETTER PHOTO AND SHE CANT EVEN SIT OR STAND STILL! *********************** COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB TAKING A SIMPLE PHOTO.       My 8th grader had his pictures done here. 70 dollars later, quality is awful! Same issue hair sticking up, its looks like a bad photoshop! When i was a kid, you at least got a **** comb! You can tell there is no skilled photographer at this company by the looks of it! Not even a class picture for 70 bucks! We parents work hard for our money!

      Service at this company is atrocious, and the previous comments are indicative of my experience as well. The company sent me an **mail claiming that they were willing to sell me my 'expired' photographs from the family's April 2023 photoshoot, so I went through their click-fest of reactivating my album. They then sent a coupon for 50% off a canvas print. Thinking that would make a nice gift, I chose a photo, selected a print, and went to go pay starting with applying the coupon code. The code was supposed to be active from October 27, 2023 to November 5, 2023 (this entry is on November 2, 2023). I initially entered the code on October 30, 2023. It said it was expired. I tried again on November 2, it still claims it was expired. I reached out via their chat service, got a respondent called ******* who helpfully copy and pasted the language from the coupon **mail to our chat as if I needed help reading. I replied to him that this was the exact same message in the **mail, the exact same passcode I was given, and for s**** and giggles I tried it once more to discover, not to anyone's great shock, that the website still claims the code is expired.This business is engaging in deceptive business practices, and should be stopped. I highly caution anyone seeking to take professional photographs to go elsewhere. I'm giving one star solely because the BBB site requires a grade of some kind. In a just world, the score would be 0.

      I ordered school pictures from this company and haven't received them. Their is no customer service chat or phone number to help in any real way. They are a total rip off and cannot even update me as to where the order is.

      They never delivered my daughters pictures, even though they accepted the payment. SPent over 2 hours with them on online chat try to get someone and some resolution to no avail. Didn't seem like it was a live agent. Tried to call and they said wait was 10 minutes. I waited over an hour with no answer. The message said I could leave a number to be called back when my turn was up, so I decided to do this. Never got a call back.All around a terrible ran company.
