      Worst company ever! Waited over a month to even get proofs/order forms from the company after Picture Day and then when I submitted an order for a DIGITAL image (which excuse me was $40+!!) I was told I now have to wait 2-4 weeks for "processing"/ the lab. I called customer service to try to understand where my image was (all years prior with other companies the digital image is sent immediately), this is what I was told. The customer service agent was rude and when I asked if there was a place to submit a review/complaint regarding their processing time, I was met with a "This is it - we have a meeting once a month to discuss". Wish schools would be more mindful with the companies they chose to use. The amount for photos, especially digital images is disgraceful.If I could give less than 1 star I would.

      ********, as everyone else says. Photographs were terrible. The poses they forced upon the students was so unnatural and just seemed like it was taken by someone with no real photography experience. **************** is also awful. Not to mention they stick their company watermark on the digital photos you pay for, even though they weren't shown anywhere on the proofs and there is no disclaimer anywhere. Really shoddy business practices and very poor quality. I'd rather snap my own photos from my phone next time.

      This company is absolutely terrible. They charge a months rent for school pictures and then after you purchase the pictures they send you coupons, specials, and deals. Its absolutely ridiculous that they are still in business. Not to mention their customer service leaves something to be desired. If you don't want to spend a lot of money on school pictures I suggest you wait it out until October to order them because they might give you more deals and specials.

      They never delivered my photos, tried several times to get answers and can't talk to anyone to get resolved. Paid them $80.98 for nothing. I will be taking to court.

      I despise this company. In 2023 for instance the banner on the website says free shipping on all fall school picture orders. Tried checking out and sure enough theres a shipping charge. After speaking to a dozen worthless support people Ive given up. Clear bait and switch. No way to contact a real person. **************** It kills me to spend $80 to get three digital images.

      The worst pictures Ive ever seen ??????? 3 years with the pictures for the school and every year I complain about that its like someone just learn how to take a picture and do photoshop on it but very bad you can see the filter in spots and the other face without sone of pictures dark, they took the classrooms picture without practice or smiling.. I received the order missing and they send me the rest after more than month..very expensive too for nothing. i told the school about that and Ill not let my son to take pictures with this company again ..

      They didn't fullfull my orders for my two daughters. The customer service is the most terrible experience. I will never order again from lifetouch.

      $19.99 to get a basic package. $46.99 if I want to choose the pose! I don't want all the extra pictures or even a different background. Just a picture of my kid smiling!HUGE RIP OFF. doesn't cost them anything extra. to switch it!

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. Their prices keep going up, the pictures are not that great and there is zero selections. Can't even and the school year now if you dont pay for the best package. They dont even bother to help the kids straighten hair or clothes. Someone please find a new company to use.

      I ordered and paid for my daughters pictures online on September 18th and have yet to receive them. The rest of the school received theirs weeks ago. Every time I call Lifetouch, I get the run around. They keep giving me a record number and say that Ill be contacted within **** business days, but no one ever calls. Their customer service is horrible. I just want the pictures I paid for or my money back. Ive never had to jump through this many hoops to get school pictures.
