      This Place SUCKS!!!! Their customer service is beyond horrible, their prices are so ridiculous that they think their pictures are that good. HELLO schools wake up and find someone new to do your school pictures. You don't have to go with these people anymore they are not worth it. I will help you find local people who probably do more and better work at far greater prices if it means that I will never have to buy from these idiots again. To bad I have to give them a single star cause it would be zero!

      I paid extra (almost the amount of the picture package) for a special background. They said it was going to be applied to entire order but when recieved, they only gave me 2 pictures with the background and when I contacted them, they will not send me new pictures or refund the price of the background.

      Terrible customer service! Instead of my sons senior photos, I received photos of someone elses son. Ive have contacted Lifetouch multiple times over the past month regarding my sons senior photo as the child in the photo provided to me IS NOT MY SON. Ive been provided a reference number and guarantee that Id be contacted about the matter, however no one has ever bothered to contact me. Liferouch makes their income selling memories of milestones. Yet, theyve seemingly decided to disregard the significance of the photo which will be used in my sons senior yearbook and his graduation ceremony. Im beyond frustrated with the terrible customer service Ive received.

      They charged me for a product that was NOT delivered. There is no live customer service representatives, and the chat feature has been outsourced to another country. They have terrible customer service *** will not correct their mistakes. This company needs to be shut down.

      Ive been paying for a good amount of money for them to take a picture of my kids in the school. At least they couldve fix my kids hair before taking a picture. Kids will be kids worst picture no more taking pictures in the school. I can take a better picture than what I paid for. No pride in work so frustrated

      The WORST customer service ever. My children received school photos through Lifetouch. I was sent the incorrect photos digitally. I continued to contact requesting for assistance. I was resent an order of the incorrect childs photos, after providing detailed descriptions of my child. I finally called and got a supervisor on the phone today after a week of being told one would call me. ******** was this supervisor. She raised her voice numerous times, unaccepting that I was angry that they allowed my childs photos to be sent to the incorrect person. I was just continually told over and over that I would just have to wait until they 'find my childs photos' My question - how can you lose a childs photos? And send the incorrect photos to a parent. This is the worst experience I've ever had, and we will not order from Lifetouch again. it is a shame if schools continue using this company.******** and every other outsourced customer service representative I spoke with should be ashamed of themselves, and Lifetouch should be ashamed as well.

      My daughter's school pictures look like something my old school flip phone would take. I've never seen such horrible pictures. My daughter's hair came out brassy orange and that's not even her hair color. When my daughter handed me her pictures she said the pictures are ugly and doesn't want it in the yearbook and I don't blame her. The color of the photos are very dull and muted. Everyone has their own issues but I'm a single mom of 2 and unfortunately live paycheck to paycheck. I know I'm not the only one that struggles especially now adays with the price of food is outrageous and the quality is poor at best. That's pretty much how you photos are. I thought the cost were ok but the quality is awful. Then I realized for the semi affordable package I bought I wasn't allowed to choose a background. We got stuck with a dull grey background. If I want more options for backgrounds then I have to pay a ridiculous extra amount. I'd have to pay more money just to get a decent background and a ton of extra pictures that I don't want. If I got more wallet sizes in a bigger package then maybe it wouldn't be so bad to pay more for a background. But no, if I want more wallets I have to pay extra, along with larger package. Then if we don't want our kids to look like c*** then we need to pay more money for retouching of the pictures. Which makes me believe your company does subpar work with the pictures just so we are forced to buy the retouching fee. By the time I order my package plus all the extras to get a decent photo, I'm paying another $30-$40.It's insane. My daughter's colar was lopsided and her hair was sticking up. It wouldn't kill the photographer to let the kids know if something is off. When I was young they gave everyone a comb and made sure they looked the best they could. I'm sad and disappointed along with a bunch of other words that I can't say on here. Looking at the other reviews I know for a 100% I'm not the only ****** off parent. These pictures are B.S!

      I would not recommend lifetouch for any occasion what so ever. They have contracts with many schools for student pics. They not only messed up my granddaughters photo but there are many other parents that are having the same problem. It totally looks like they took the photos with an old flip phone camera. It doesn't even look like my granddaughter. She couldn't wait for the photos because they are the first ones taken since covid. She's only in 8th grade so you know when their that age It affects them. She handed her mom the packet and was crying and said she's so ugly. That breaks my heart. Hey but at least they will fix the problem for another fee they said. They are scamming people so think very hard about using them for any occasion because u will be very disappointed..
