      *************** him call the state of labor . Do not Give all the money sign the contract with dead line and never give the deposit more than 25% my deck took 3 month to finish it and fail the inspection I have to hire someone else. Called the state of labor NO LICENSE AND HE IMPACTED LOT PEOPLE BEFORE ME HE MUST PAY FINE FOR THE UNLICENSED CONTRACTOR. Like I said call the state department of labor they will let u know
