    Bought the system and installed myself. Needed far fewer heads to cover my lawn (only 2 instead of 16 to 20) so had much less trenching to do. which was welcome. **************** was responsive. Only had a few minor issues and suggestions for improvement; easily got through to someone to discuss. All of the minor issues I mentioned they were already working on and they have since implemented improvements. So far, so good (2.5 yrs after installing)!

    I was Skeptical about how great the customer service would be and based I on the reviews on the website you should be. I can say the gentleman that helped me **** was amazing!! My head started working strange after self installation. I sent an email and I received a callback the same day. He immediately starting running tests on the system and communicating with the engineering team. After days of not getting it resolved they gave me new heads to see if this would resolve the issue. After receiving the new heads I was still having and an issue of my heads not even shooting 25 feet which was apparently causing other issues I didn't know was related to this one. After running several test and advice from the engineering team they stated it might be a flow issue. Although I already did the bucket test, they decided the best way get a good reading is with a flow gauge. They overnighted the flow gauge at no charge and emailed me instructions on how to use it. After testing the flow it came in at a 5.5 gallons per minute and system requirement is 8 gallons per minute. My issue was I did run one inch piping but it coming off a 1/2' spigot. This was creating a huge flow issue. After I a replaced the spigot line from connecting to 1/2" to connect to my 3/4" mainline my flow came in at 8 gallons per minute. My heads distance shoot pass 25' and all the other issue I was having with the heads like going down during mapping and not coming back up stopped as well. He also overnighted me another head as backup for if I noticed an issue in the future. What I learned from being educated from their engineering team is their system is designed to work on 8gpm flow. You won't get 25 feet of distance if you don't have it. I also learned that this can contribute to other system errors similar to the ones in the bad reviews until you have the correct flow. I love my system. I thank everyone one on the staff for checking all angles until my issue was resolved.

    Are you considering an Irrigreen Irrigation System for your yard? Read this first.My Irrigreen system was first installed in July 2014, and its been one issue after another, and getting someone to service it is near impossible. By 2020 (when my system was down again) the system needed a pricey upgrade as the initial system was becoming obsolete. I seriously considered cutting my losses and getting a traditional Irrigation system at that time. I greatly regret that I did not - but I was already several thousand dollars into this system. Late October of 2021 my system received the upgrade and all the new heads and controller were installed. After less than one month of use, one of the new heads just broke apart as the system was running, shooting over **** gallons of water into the air. ONE MONTH OF USE!!! Again, Irrigreen said the head was under warranty and a new head would be provided at no charge. However, I got a call from the installer (now a new company because the previous installer had retired), and learned their rate to install the new head would be $150 for the first hour, and $90 per hour after that. A friend has the same system, and she had 3 heads fail within the first season of use. I now have 2 non-working heads, and six nozzles that need replacing. The system has other problems that frustrate me, but this review is limited on the number of words you can write. In the nine years that Ive had my system, its continually had problems Bottom line, if you want an evenly green lawn without ongoing repair costs, and a great deal of difficulty getting someone to service the system, go with something other than Irrigreen.

    what can I tell you when they say some thing is too good to be true believe it. Your *********** team does not divulge the fact that the system hardly works on android that you need to use an Apple product to configure and set up. Also, I was sold six heads when I needed eight. So I had to order an additional two heads at almost $800. That was not in my budget. What is the point of the sales rep mapping out your yard, to determine how many heads you will need???!!! Then I was told by my sales rep that we could hook up to the Spicket as long as a 5 gallon bucket was filled under 45 seconds, which ours was. Well, ************ director likes to placate and gaslight. Told my husband his engineer is saying we cant hook to the spiket!!! *********** you are team sales leader no???? You trained our salesmen did you not??? we wouldve went with a traditional system. If we had no we couldnt hook up to the spigot and we had to blow a hole into the wall and tap off a waterline. Another almost $300 expense. They dont return phone calls. You will never get someone immediately when calling their customer service number. I never received a call back from tech support. I had to call and leave numerous messages. Now 1 sprinkler head is not working!!!! Do you think *** called back??? Nope! System in theory sounds great but dont waste your energy bc technology isnt there. They jumped the gun by offering this sprinkler system before it is fully capable of working on android!!! Nothing but a headache. I asked for partial refund, guess that is why I never heard back from the director of sales. Wolf is sheeps clothing!!

    Probably one of the worst companies I have dealt with in a while. The customer support is non-existing. Phone lines go to voicemail which never get called back. I knew I was into trouble during the ordering/wait process when it took months for my order to get shipped after multiple calls to sales/support where I would not get a response and had to resort to ******** to check if the company was still in existence. No low and behold the product doesn't even work close to expectations. My 65$ amazon sprinklers get better coverage, and trying to return this. Spoke to a person once who said they would pass my return request along, and never heard back. After numerous calls and voicemails, I hear nothing back. So out $4k on this system and cant get in contact with the company.
