This contractor worked through my insurance. He did not show me the scope of work before the project began and included things I did not ask for. When I told him I did not want that work done, he sent someone to try to complete the task while I was at my job. Upon completion of the project, I paid him to complete things he did not complete. It has been over one month since completion and he has not refunded me the money that was paid to him for incomplete work. The owner of Nailed It Contracting, LLC does not communicate.

First off, his insurance company sent him a copy of the scope of work for his house. He never asked me for a copy of it. We never tried to send people to his house without him knowing. The day he is claiming this happened had been set up for over a week for the guys to come in and do punch list items and the homeowner was fully aware that they were going to be showing up on that day and the items he did not want done, were not done. The homeowner has not paid a dime of this job, his insurance company has. He is asking to be double credited for some of the work and not wanting to pay for items that were extra. His insurance company asked us to rewrite the scope and take out all the line items that he requested not be done and add in the extra ones that were done. We sent that back into them over a week ago and based on that scope the homeowner will be owning us over a grand. What happens to this now is being worked on by his insurance company and has not been resolved yet. This is what happens when people feel entiltled to money that is not theirs. Just because people do not reply back in the time and manner in which a person wants does not mean they are not communicating. This comment/review by ************ is so unwarented and base less that it is laughable and sad that people will post false hoods in an attempt to make someone else look bad..
