    Absolutely unprofessional. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Being told one price to be charged a completly different amount. Book keeping is a joke. Your better off bringing your own garbage to the dump. Choose anyone else!

    I have had excellent service from Renville Sibley Sanitation. I called to report a broken can and they replaced it the next day. Their prices are about half as much as "the other guys". I have had no issues with billing.

    Sketchy book keeping. Often times charging a late fee, and saying I owe past due amounts, even though I keep track and pay on time every month that I get the bill in the mail. They don't pick up trash the same time every month which can be annoying. Sometimes its the third week of the month, and other times it's essentially the last day of the month. Also, terrible at dispatching and scheduling pick *** with drivers. Our neighbors will get their trashed picked up and then days later we will get ours picked up. Doesn't make much sense.
