    We ordered horse stalls from *** Vinton over a year ago. We gave him a deposit of $3000.00 . He never made the horse stalls and lied constantly to us that thr stalls were about completed and he never did a thing. We now have a judgement against him and he stlil has not reimbursement us the $3000.00 plus $150.00 court cosr and still has not paid us back. He is a habitual liar and scams people. WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.How can he can he be rated 5 stars by the BBB is unbelievable. He should be in jail. He has numerous judgemnts against him by all the individuals he has cheated.

    We ordered stalls from ***** and sent him a deposit over zelle and was told we would get them nov 9. Week after week we were told another lie and excuse as to why we wouldnt be getting them. We contacted him every week and waited and waited to the point where we were requested our deposit back. He told us he doesnt have the money and that he will send it next day. We have not received anything from him yet. Please do not do business with this guy. Still waiting on our refund.

    Should have read the complaints on BBB before dealing with this pathetic guy. In March of this year, I ordered four stall fronts for my horse barn. I was told they would ***********-8 weeks to complete, then he would deliver them to me. For MONTHS I waited for my stalls and tried to believe all of his excuses. He even asked me for more money at one point! After countless no-shows, I finally asked for my deposit back. He agreed but its taken him months to send me back part of my deposit. He still owes me money, and I doubt Ill get it back. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this guy! This was a massive headache and waste of time.

    I filed a claim approx. 2 weeks ago and BBB contacted this company and were told by the owner he would have our $ ******* deposit back to ** by last Friday. We have not received it, another lie. I contacted the Sheriff that covers that county and this individual has done this before to customers. He requires a deposit and never makes the fence or horse stalls he promises and keeps the deposit. He is a SCAMMER. ******* has dealt with this exact problem previously. Please warn people not to buy anything from him, HE IS A LOW LIFE SCAMMER, who consistently lies. Complaint # ******** the first time.

    Paid Mr. ********************** a deposit to have 4 horse stalls built but they it has been o we 4 months now and we are attempting to get our money refunded. He constantly has lied about progress and for the past 2 weeks we have been attempting to get our refund but he has not been cooperating. Highly recommend no one do business with this person!

    Sent a deposit of $ ******* for this business to make horse stalls for us in Nov 2022, he promised to deliver in JAN 2023, WE HAVE CONTACTED THIS INDIVIDUAL BY TEXT EVERY TWO WEEKS AND HE ALWAYS PROMISES TO DELIVER STALLS IN A DAY OR TWO, I FINALLY GAVE UP AND ASKED FOR OUR DEPOSIT BACK ON JULY 16 AND HE CALLED AND SAID HE ,AILED IT ON jULY 20th, Never received check. He is a habitual liar and scammer. We want our deposit back.

     I am rejecting this response because: He s a scammer. He was suppose to send us our deposit over a month ago. He always promises and never comes through. Last time he called me a month ago was it took him awhile to gather up the $ ******* and he was mailing it that day, over a month ago. He is a habitual liar. Called my son in April and said all of the stalls were loaded on his trailer and his truck wasn't running right and would deliver the next week. He didn't even have the stalls done, another lie or why wouldn't he deliver them. He is a scammer and people need to know not to send him a deposit for anything. You will never get what you ordered and have to fight for your deposit back.He is a LIAR , CHEAT, SCAMMER AND A DISPICABLE INDIVIDUAL. Please stop him from scamming others. This has been going on since Nov ********************* refund, empty lies.
