      I contacted them and made a payment agreement roughly 10 days prior to July 4th, 2022 and was advised Id get documentation to sign and send back 7 to 10 business days. Over 10 days passed, I called them and asked when I would receive the letter, they said due to the holiday I should get it by end of the week. The following week, I called and asked again and they stated it would take **** days from the last time I called. I called again and was given another week of ETA. It is now nearing a month, yet no papers. Im concerned my personal data (ssn, name, address, financial information), are not being handled with care. Their lack of attentiveness to have my documents reviewed by their attorneys has been an ongoing excuse as to why I have not received my payment agreement. Im writing in asking the BBB investigate this companys moral standards and consumers rights. They state their calls are recorded, yet they dont hold it to hold themselves accountable to their promises.

The Firm mailed Complainant the requested documentation on July 22,2022. If the Complainant did not receive the requested documentation, we encourage them to contact an Account Representative at **************.
