Shady, will try to collect fraudulent debt, then they find a rubber stamp judge to pay off. Zero ethics.

These sacks of Richards NEVER got back to me, or tried to work with me on trying to make payments after judgment was made. Plenty of times I called, and nothing but voicemails and nobody to call you back. They DO NOT care about any struggles you will have. I might very well be homeless thanks to these garnishments with two kids. Explained everything I’m paying for, and still don’t care. Pieces of absolute ****. Thankfully I know where your office is… Maybe I’ll just pay a visit and see if anyone is there to answer.Gurstel Law Firm, P.C.

I owed a debt to synchrony bank.this firm took the debt over....I was issued with wage garnishment which began Feb 2024. My wages have been garnished Feb March April May 2024 totaling $2100....I also paid the firm from my debit card what should be the final payment yesterday $1961. They stated they only received 1 payment in April. I think his name is Brandon....he mumbles his name but is quick to get loud and rude and sum it up as your fault figure it out on your own where the missing payments went DESPITE the sheriff's office telling me it is the firm's job to call the sheriff to get the check numbers the sheriff office in fact mailed out to the firm. The supervisor stated there was no one else at the firm for me to talk to as he is the supervisor. He said it is not the firm's job to call the sheriff to find the payments.....isn't that what a collection agency does?.....locate the debtor and find the payments then mark it as paid? Why am I being harassed and punished for making my payments?!Gurstel Law Firm, P.C.

Claims they served me summons and complaint. I don’t even live at the address they supposedly served me at. I was a process server for 10+ years and I know that signing an affidavit to the court certifying that someone served me is considered perjury. I will be taking my issues up with the court, proving I was never served a summons and complaint.Gurstel Law Firm, P.C.

I'm currently on Medical Assistance and they are not suppose to garnish my wages if I'm on any type of Assistance. They ignore my proof and send another letter dated 4 days after sending proof that they are asking my employer to garnish my wages. Predatory Sharks is their core values. They prey on the weak and vulnerable. After this review they'll reply with their same copy and paste answer and just pretend they are being honest or they show integrity lol BSGurstel Law Firm, P.C.

This company claimed that I owed them money but never explained what it was from. Sent no notice of a court summons prior to filing in court, but received a questionable summons letter couple months AFTER it had been filed. At that point it was already too late for me to dispute anything due to the timeline!! Still, did not explain what it was regarding. They continued to send mutiple letters threatening to garnish wages and exposed my personal information to friends and family by sending letters to old addresses and phone calls to family members. Violating my privacy rights and not in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
They even sent several letters offering a negotiated amount to prevent any court judgements; again with no mention of what this debt was from. But even before the deadline for such "offers" had expired, they sent another letter stating the court judgement had been filed.
This company is shady. They violate so many rules regarding fair credit reporting practices including continuous harassment, failure to disclose information in a timely manner, bullying, and privacy rights. I don't understand why they have not been shut down yet.Gurstel Law Firm, P.C.
