      I rented 2 storage units in the same building, unit 22 first, and later unit 18. One unit 18 had furniture only. The other unit had boxes and some furniture. Moisture got into Unit 18. There was a small tear in the white padding and the moister strip at the bottom of the door is old. My furniture was covered in mold. I have insurance but it did not pay for mold removal. The business is supposed to have ************** K of the policy and pay up to $500 for damages. I had to pay a professional to clean my leather living room suite. The district manager has not returned my call.
