      In 2023 I prepared to sell my Minneapolis home and move into a two bedroom apartment. This decision required the disbursement and/or sale of the majority of the personal property. I selected Asset Liquidation Auctions (ALA) to take care of the auctions of my property.Eventually, three auctions took place (details below) where ALA used K-BID Online Auctions to host the process. With no explanation, ALA decided to pay me the proceeds from the first auction but would not pay me from the proceeds of the other two auctions. My concerted effort to get *** to meet its obligations included emails, text messages, phone calls and in-person requests. These requests have been on-going for the last 8 months and all have been ************** addition to making good on the delinquent payments, I want ALA to return the many high-value historical documents that I gave them to sell; several of these include the personal signature of General ******* T. *******.
