      Fix the gutter. They state the job is completed and I disagree.

      Downspout was completed on 3/21. The gutter crew met with him to confirm it was going to be done to his liking. The way he requested was not standard install I made it very clear we would not be responsible for any damage to his deck. Between Jan. and Mar., I made numerous attempts to reach out regarding his balance of $25,773.89. 3/21 downspout was repaired. 3/28, I sent a prelien notice. His response 4/2 "I received the Pre-Lien notification. A check for $24,773.89 should be in your office by Friday. Please deposit as soon as you can. Once it is withdrawn from my account I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. You state it is completed and I disagree. I will send them the pictures and let them advise us." My response on 4/3: "This message came as a surprise. Last we spoke you confirmed there were 2 issues remaining. The cable wire and the downspout. Both have been completed for a couple weeks. I sent you an invoice and never heard back. I have a couple of questions for you.1. If there is work not completed, why haven't you told anyone at Pure Home? 2. What are the remaining items? The prelien notice is not a lien. It's a letter to let you know we also have rights. You have made absolutely no effort in getting this resolved. It takes numerous emails, phone calls and texts from both **** and I before we get a response. If you feel the best option for you is to contact the BBB, then that is what you must do. Please know that they do allow a response from us, and we have a record of every single attempt we have made to close your project out. I would never ask or expect you to pay in full for an incomplete project. However, you guaranteed me that once the cable wire and downspout were done you would pay. Now you have more items that you never told anyone about. Please let me know how you would like to move forward." He responded with he is contacting an attorney.
