      I keep running over your 2000 word limit. I need to explain the situation in greater detail. Here's a very short summation.I purchased a stereo system from Mach 1 in *********, Mn. I had them install this system in my 2022 ***** ********. They screwed it up badly. It sounded like s*** and I still have a short in one of my speakers. I have gone to Mach 1 twice without having the issue resolved. The installer doesn't have a clue what he is doing. If I didn't have a friend who has significant experience in this field I still would not know all the issues that I am dealing with. I want satisfaction. I have spent $5600.00 and still do not have a system that sounds the way it should. The only reason it sounds decent is because of my friend. Otherwise I would not be able to listen to it.For starters the installer used one input on my amp to feed all the speakers in the vehicle. I only had one speaker working and it has a short. The wiring is questionable at best. He sets the parameters of the amp well below what it is capable of doing. I am frustrated and very ****** off. I want satisfaction. Since I can't rely on Mach 1 to do a professional job I want a full refund. If allowed I can give more details regarding this issue.
