There is no way I would work with Bold North. They misrepresented what I was signing the day the insurance adjustor was coming. I understood a release to have them on the roof with the adjustor to make sure they found all of the damage. Told the rep I had other contractors coming with bids and he said that was fine. I went with another company and then received a letter I owed them over $7000. No material was order and no work done. Spending the time to fit with legal about this. STAY AWAY

You had us perform an inspection, signed an agreement with us that we would come back to attend the insurance adjustment to get your roof approved (which we did!), and then told our representative that you were going to have your son's friend do the work after we did the leg work on the front end to get this approved. We send official letters to remind customers of their contract signed with us to perform the work and would hope that you would honor this and allow us to finish the job per those terms. We received numerous bids before making our decision, and we’re so glad we chose Bold North! Calvin did an outstanding job explaining our options and guiding us to the perfect solution for our roof. "Max and Connor with Bold North Roofing were amazing to work with and we couldn't be more happy with the job that was done. Both of them were very professional and they answered any questions that we had. They were always on top of everything. Max was always communicating with me on what was next either by text, E-mail or a phone call. Unfortunately our insurance company was not very involved. I believe we heard from them twice the entire time so I would say they were very unprofessional. I only had a couple phone calls from the insurance company,so Max would call them for me to get any updates. The day the job started Max would update me and send pictures throughout the day so we knew where they were at with the job. We really appreciated that. We love our new roof! Bold North was exceptional to work with. Ranen was our main contact and he did an excellent job of working with our insurance company, dropping off samples, scheduling workers and keeping us informed. Great company! Bold North were great to work with in getting our roof and siding replaced after a hail storm last year. Nick ******** co-ordinated with our insurance, to file a claim, and was able to cover most of the cost of replacement. quality craftsmanship, and completed in a matter of days. highly recommend Nick, and Bold North.Bold North Roofing & Contracting, LLC

If I had to use 1 word to describe what I thought, it would be HESITATE. First the Project Consultant visited our neighborhood on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON. Then he proceeded to encourage us to submit a claim, which we did (I was going to at some point, anyway). My confidence in him was growing throughout the process - he seemed knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. We signed a contract to lock them into a deal dependent on the insurance claim results. Once I advised him a certain inspection company was coming to inspect our roof as hired by the insurance company, the Project Consultant ghosted us. He said he would attend the inspection, but he never showed up. The Project Consultant and Bold North left us for dry. Regardless of the results of the claim process, Bold North did not show they were worthy of my business, nor did they show me they really cared to have my business. Thank you for helping me get the insurance claim process started at least? My experience would mean I would recommend having hesitations on doing business with Bold North.Bold North Roofing & Contracting, LLC
