      I have been with USBank for 15+ years. Someone- more than likely a male trying to justify his job- changed the automated service recording over a year ago. I have filed numerous complaints that it is inefficient and very poor quality. I will NO longer bother the people at US Bank with complaints about this as I understand all the customer complaints are falling on executive DEAF ears. Let me guess??? The execs are a bunch of idiot men at USBank. Why aren’t you listening to your customers you imbeciles? Get the f……g tape changed. It is beyond bad! A dissatisfied customer!!! ????

      US Bank sent my escrow notice so I inquired about how much was needed to ensure my mortgage payment didn't increase. They gave me an amount so I sent that to them with their required form. I then get a overage check back and I inquired about the check. They told me that the account can't have so much money over in the escrow account. So I asked if they sent the overage check, if my payment would increase, they said no. 2 months later, my payment increased and I inquired why. They told me they would send an inquiry to the escrow department about it and let me know what they could do, I never heard back. So I called again and got told that an off cycle analysis was done and that my new payment could not be adjusted. After taking the necessary steps to ensure that my payment would not increase, they found a way to increase it. This bank brags about their Ethics award but they have become one of the most dishonest banks I have dealt with. I have been banking with them for 20 years and will be ending this relationship.

      AVOID USBank if you have money. If your broke or have money u like to do nothing with then maybe they will suffice. BIG WARNING: they shut down your account and treat you like a criminal if you invest money in stock and crypto. I had an account for 30yrs here until they shut it down. While they don't offer an exchange, they surely don't want you investing your money. They want it sitting there in their bank growing low interest or they will come after you. I had an account since I was 18. I'm 47 now and just trying to invest by buying stock/crypto. Well, they aren't having it. Reported me for money laundering/fraud and shut down my account. They told me I can only use robinhood for stocks. Who r they to dictate?. Well they can do anything they want bc they shut down my account for no reason. Maybe I voted wrong in the election. All they can say is they don't want my business anymore bc I invest with cashapp/tdameritrade. Must be partners with robinhood or get a kickback.

      I have been with US Bank for over 20 years and have never dealt with branch service like at the snow road Parma branch. Go in on a Saturday only 2 tellers and they are more concerned with the drive thru then those in the branch. Both were working on drive thru an let the line in the branch to grow to over 15 people which went out the door. Why not add more tellers ( especially on a Saturday ) Now looking to transfer accounts to another bank. Terrible service.

      Customer service *****. Left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Talked to several representatives, all said they would call me back, No One has!!!
      They’ve got my money
      They don’t want to give it up
      Never ever use this bank

      This bank is the literal worst. From multiple overdraft fees on the same day, to them allowing charges to go through on an account with a negative balance WITH overdraft protection; I have never had a worse experience with a bank and business than I have here. The customer service is actual hot garbage, and they manage to find the littlest things to overcharge you for. This is NOT a business or bank that you should be entrusting with your money. I cannot pay my bills because of the exorbitant amount of overdraft fees they charged me in one day. If you're looking for a bank this is not the one. This is definitely a place I would avoid every day. If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This bank practically extorts you when you have nothing left to give. I am closing my bank account effective immediately and going to Arvest, who already has better customer service.

      Mobile deposited a check with the same amount, same payor as six prior checks. First six posted next business day no problem. This check is being held for five days. I would expect this the first or second time, but not the seventh. Customer "Non-Service" is terrible. First person agreed the bank was wrong and pushed me to a second person. Second person disconnected me. Called back and third person told me the check would post next day, which it DID NOT.
      Called the branch in West Chicago IL. Had to call three times to get through. Branch manager said they were busy but didn't care. Branch manager wouldn't or couldn't explain the prior activity. I told him I will close my accounts and wanted to speak to his manager. He said he was going to provide that anyway. I asked for it. He said he was giving it. I asked for it. This scenario went on and on until we both were in the Second Grade.
      This branch manager definitely needs counseling. Arguing with a customer about that customer's $5K check not being accessible is a bad idea. Not only making a difficult situation worse... but he could've been talking to a nut who would call police or drive over there. Stupid judgment.
      Once this check posts I'm closing my accounts. I'm doing it at a different branch to avoid this branch manager.

      US Bank continued to charge me fees on my checking account for over a year even though I am a great customer with multiple accounts. They refuse to credit these fees as a courtesy for my business.

      Banked here 8 years because of vetrans benifits pooped ?? on me whole time. 3 secured cards one over 2 years old other 2 almost 2years old all in interest bearing accounts. Had 1 late payment during covid ask for forgiveness they said can't, I ask for supervisor told same. So I closed all my cards when my interest bearing deposits come back $0.00 was the total intrest. Been with NFCU 2 years $31,000 unsecured US Bank would not even graduate 1 $300 card to unsecured. Closed all crap credit cards with them in morning I will close checking and savings. Thanks for your non service US Bank ??

      Jeff, JRDAVI9 CLOSED ALL MY ACCOUNTS BECAUSE HE DIDNT LIKE ME CALLING OUT HIS INEPTNESS.
      How can it be legal that someone can cancel someone’s bank accounts, change the direction of their lives, give them no ability to use, debit cards, pay bills, or do anything else, just because they were slighted.
      I would really like to hear the audio conversation of this employee of US Bank handling his customer, me. He no doubt, will be uncovered as someone who has done something wrong. I have done nothing wrong, nor have I broken any rules other than losing my temper, nor did I commit fraud.
      after being contacted twice by the fraud department, while trying to send money to my sister, who lost her L&I claim, and my mother the next day who is on Social Security caused 2 fraud alerts. The question involved by the employee Jeff was not very bright as he asked the relationship that I had with my mother and the relationship that my mother had with my sister and why I was sending money to them… I coldly said, The relationship is family that is my mother and my sister and she is mother to Theresa, my sister… That’s all I said. When he then mentioned their last names being different, I quoted reality, mentioning that women usually get a different name when they are married. He didn’t like my responses, and his comment to me was and I quote, we will just close all of your accounts then.
      I have been with US Bank for a very long time since I came to the Marysville area back in 2003 and have used them since I doubt they will let me come back because of what this man has done to me. I have taken it to Facebook and I’m waiting for a response back from US Bank social media department.
      As I have done nothing wrong, I intend on seeking counsel to know what to do next. I don’t feel like I should have to leave US Bank, at this point I think he should have to leave right?
