      BUYER BEWARE!! I bought this bed with the expectation I have found the right mattress. When I purchase my bed and setting up the delivery I asked specifically if someone needs to be at the delivery address all day. Mind you they charge $150 to deliver at your door only. I was told no. I was told I would be giving a 3 hour window and the drivers would call when they are on your way. I made arrangements to have someone sign. I was told someone has to be there to sign for the delivery. Made arrangements for someone to be available around 2 pm. I found out later they called around 1:15 and was on there way. No one was here for the delivery and no one signed for it. Instead it was DUMPED on the ground blocking the walkway at the apartment complex. Boxes were not sealed. It is as thought my $1000 meant nothing and I meant nothing to this company because they got there money. I called after two weeks and started I want to return the bed. I was denied the request and told I have to wait 30 days to request a return. I called on 3/26/25 to request the return/refund of the bed. They could not schedule the pick up until 04/18/25. I had to wait 23 days for them to pick the bed up. I was told again I would be given a 3 hour window. I asked again if someone needs to be there all day, again. I was told the driver would let me know when they are on there way during my scheduled pick up time. Because of what happened before I made arrangements for someone to be here all day. The drivers should up at noon. 3 HOURS before scheduled pick up time. I was also told that my refund would take 5 days after they bed was picked up. I received an email today, 04/20/24, my refund will be processed in 21 days. They also kept $250 of my refund as a charge for them picking up the bed and I quote "it will be going to the dumpster" because there is nothing we can do with the bed. They charged me $250 to take the mattress to the dump. I WILL FOREVER BAD MOUTH THIS COMPANY and SERVICE.

      This bed helps tremendously with to raise and lower my head, because of Sleep Apnea I wasn't sleeping very well. Also helps with my back, less pain giving me a restful sleep.

      So much has changed, even with BBB, very disappointing. I assumed that this website was for the consumer seeking communication to be heard when there is a serious complaint. I have done my research, and there's an immense amount of complaints regarding this company. I have made the following complaint to the company:
      Although I’ve had great results with my Sleep Number bed, I am absolutely outraged by the shocking lack of support that exists after the purchase is complete. I paid thousands of dollars for a bed and accessories that were delivered and assembled by specially trained technicians, because the bed is clearly complex and requires expert setup. Yet now, after encountering a technical issue with something as simple as the remote, I’m being told it’s my responsibility to disconnect and reinstall parts on my own? That is entirely unacceptable.
      This is not just inconvenient—it’s a safety issue. If the bed requires trained professionals to build it and set it up, why on earth is the average consumer expected to troubleshoot and fix mechanical issues alone? Or the alternative —paying a trained professional to come out—is a slap in the face after already investing a significant amount in what is marketed as a premium product.
      I’ve never had major problems with the mattress, but the dismissive and unhelpful customer service around this minor issue is infuriating. It’s outrageous to expect customers to shoulder the burden of technical failures they did not cause. For a company that prides itself on innovation and quality, this experience is sorely lacking in both.
      Furthermore, as a disabled citizen, I find these expectations to be not only unreasonable but discriminatory. I will be using my resources to report this matter to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for review. Companies should not be allowed to create barriers that disregard the physical limitations of their customers

      We purchased a climate 360 for almost 14k and the bed was great for about 3 months. After that we had issue after issue. Each time the process took 2-3 weeks to get anything completed. After 3.5 months we have had everything replaced but we are still having issues. Its very frustrating and I would not recommend the bed to anyone because of the poor quality. When the bed works its 10/10 but unfortunately ours rarely worked and for a bed that you spent so much money on you would expect more.
