      First of all, there is no way this company deserves an A+ rating. They are scammy, sell junk, bad customer service. Did you consider it, just know you’ll be out thousands of dollars.

      Loving our Climate 360 Sleep Number Bed! The heat when I get in bed is glorious to say the least and the cooling has been wonderful for my husband! We are much more comfortable being able to raise head/feet and have never slept so well!

      I purchased a bed 'system' for around $12,000. I agreed to the terms of the app, now they've changed those terms and I have to agree to let them collect all of my personal data in order to use all the features that I agreed to when I bought the bed. Terrible customer service and corporate policy to change data collection terms after you've already spent the money. When I called and talked with a customer service manager, she was very professional but offered absolutely zero help and would not transfer me to her supervisor.
      I would never buy from this company again and I will tell everyone bout the terrible experience I have had.

      Very happy with my sleep number bed. I have a long history of lower back problems, but since purchasing this bed, I hardly even notice the problems anymore.

      My sleep number bed has been amazing. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 at age 33. I was put into early menopause due to the cancer being hormone driven. My bed had been amazing for my sleep quality, keeping me cool, and the adjustable base was so helpful during my surgeries! I highly recommend getting a sleep number bed !

      From my experience in the store learning about Sleep Number beds, to the explanation and using of the app, to the delivery and setup, I could not have been more pleased. Love our bed!

      Easily the most uncomfortable bed (air mattress) I’ve ever slept on. They scam you by saying that if you don’t like it you can return it within 100 days. They only charge $150 to deliver, but then charge $250 to pick it up. Wouldn’t even provide an option for us to return it somewhere. Sleepnumber is a scam!

      I am very pleased with the performance of my sleep number bed. It takes a bit of navigation through the app but the results are good.

      I purchased a support bar for my elderly mother to offer her support with her sleep number mattress. When I purchased the handrail, I did not see any mention on the page of final sale. Shortly after purchase but before delivery, I realized that the support bar was not compatible with my mother's bed. The bar only attaches to the frame of a sleep number bed frame, which she does not have. After receiving the support bar delivery, I attempted to process a return of the unopened item but was told that I could not return it because it was a final sale. I DID NOT see any mention of final sale on the order page. (Come to find out, final sale was included on a closed tab at the very bottom of the page for delivery even though delivery instructions on the page were mentioned higher on the page.) When I tried to request a return, I was told that final sale was clearly printed. IT WAS NOT! Additionally, there was no one that I could speak to or complain to at Sleep Number about returning a closed box/non upholestery item such as the support bar. BUYERS BEWARE! I so regret buying anything from this company. If you need manager assistance, prepare to be stone walled. as in there is no one above regular phone support to contact or complain to. Sleep Numbers customer assistance is non existent. They hide the details of final sales behind tabs that have to opened in order to see. This company is ridiculous. I regret buying anything from a company like this. Giving them a "1" star rating is too generous!!

      Amazing bed! I have recently upgraded my 20-year-old sleep number bed to the Climate 360. I have never been more impressed with the quality of a bed. As a very hot sleeper, this bed has added more than an hour and fewer awakenings to my nightly rest. Love this bed!
