      Having made a substantial investment of nearly $ 10,000 in my Sleep Number bed in 2017, I must express my profound dissatisfaction with the customer service. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. Despite the bed being decent, it has not met my expectations, and my sleep quality remains unchanged compared to when I used a Tempurpedic mattress—where customer support was markedly better. Moving is stressful; I was on chat online for nearly 2 hrs to make an appt for dissamble and reassemble. Customer service is horrific, and she kept making errors. She was not accountable; she was told she was working with three other individuals, which was her excuse. Charged $500, but when the tech showed up.
      There was no phone call alerting us they were on their way. The garage door was up as we were packing. They claimed we were not home, and my husband and I were packing in the house. I received a text message saying I needed to reschedule without an explanation, which left me wondering why. Of course, I was extremely frustrated and was told someone would call me back with a new appointment by the end of the business day. No one called me back. I contacted customer support, asked to be escalated again due to long hold times, and got another appointment. I wondered if there was anything at all they could do for my inconvenience as to compensate me, and they said no. The escalation department woman did not care; this company has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I am disgusted and wish I had never bought a bed from Sleep Number, and I have to question if the beds on the floor are the same as they deliver to your home as I exchanged and it still does not feel like the bed I laid on in the show room. Please investigate this, as they should not have an A+ rating. I am appalled at their customer service.

      We had the best shopping experience with Rachel M at the Easton location in Columbus Oh. Even with minor issues she came through! She is HIGHLY recommended!
