      Purchase experience was outstanding. Sales team all helped me make sure I got a bed that I would appreciate! Since then support when I had issues or questions was excellent as well- such patience! I have just redeemed points and got new pillows! My sleeping in the new bed has been such a treat that I do not want to get out of bed! Thank you Sleep Number!

      Our experience with Sleep Number has been one of the worst consumer experiences we've ever had. From being misled and deceived at the store to dealing with some of the worst customer support imaginable, my wife and I are beyond disappointed.
      The customer escalation managers, who assured us they would call back and follow up via email, never followed through. Calling customer support is equally frustrating—you wait on hold for 20+ minutes only to be disconnected.
      From the initial purchase to delivery and even the sleep quality, this journey has been disappointing. For the extremely high price of this bed, we expected premium service, quality, and support—but instead, we've been frustrated at every turn. This is simply unacceptable for such an expensive product, and we would not recommend Sleep Number to anyone.
