      The Delafield Sleep Number store was fantastic. Our salesman was amazing and really helped us figure out what bed to get and how to get the best deal. Very quick and easy trip

      A nightmare! Paid in full for a sleep number bed April 18th for delivery June 14th. As of the first of August no bed. Called 15 times and spent hours listening to the excuses. They sent me numerous text and emails making promises that they never delivered on. I canceled my order and took my business elsewhere. Purchased a bed and had it delivered the same week. I've never slept better and love my new bed.

      Miranda in the Grove City store was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to help us pick the perfect bed for us. Delivery was also fast and efficient. So far we’re happy with our purchase.

      Great customer service. If I need assistance, they are there. When I bought my bed, e erything was explained from finance to bed set up. The installers were great too. They answered my questions and showed me how to use the bed.

      Great company, as this is my second sleep number bed to purchase from them. Currently have a 12 yr old Queen sleep number and although nothing is wrong with it, we are wanting to get an adjustable King. So many more upgraded features to choose from. Can’t wait for it to come in. Store personnel was very knowledgeable which made the purchase quick and easy.
