      SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS TERRIBLE! Our mattress began hanging over the edge of the frame and not holding air less than a year after the purchase date. I contacted customer service and had them come to check the bed. I had to wait over 6 weeks for that appointment time and then the rep arrived over 3 1/2 hours outside of the arrival window timeframe. The rep said he would order an entire replacement, which he never did. I ended up calling back to check the status when I find out it had not been ordered. The lady I spoke with then ordered what I thought was all of the parts. When only one box arrived, I waited a little longer and called only to find out that the second rep only ordered one of the three parts that were needed. The third rep got everything ordered, but I requested to have the "first" appointment of the day since they basically wasted a half day of MY time by not showing up in the timeframe they were initially scheduled to arrive. When I received notification of appointment time, it was an afternoon appointment. I immediately contacted the company, even the executive office, to be told "unfortunately they couldn't accommodate my request". Customer service nor the executive office would provide me a number to contact the home delivery department myself, stating they were not allowed to give out that number. I left a message with the CEO herself with, (surprise, surprise) no response. ANY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE GOOD "SERVICE AFTER THE SALE" IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND SHOULD BE STEERED CLEAR FROM AT ALL COST!

      Company has poor customer service. The service rep told me to try a different bed. Even though the issue I was having is due to a manufacturing defect.. The "manager" called me and asked myself to try and do trouble shooting over the phone. Even though the issue was stated already and what trouble shooting has been done already. Not every happy with how this situation is going. My sleep has been the worst of my life.

      Sales people in the store are always very knowledgeable & willing to assist. They don't rush you when you are considering a purchase. I ordered my 360 online with a "chat". That associate was also very knowledgeable and assisted me in choosing the bed that met my needs. The people who delivered the bed & assembled it were also very helpful.

      Sleep number bed changed my life!!! I never thought I will sleep comfortably owning my i8 bed along with its beneficial features. I am satisfy with my comfortable and supportive bed!!!
