      If I could leve zero I would. They lied to me. When I asked for specifics of the bed warranty (more specifically about air loss over time) I was told not to worry that the air pump was completely 100 % warranties for 25 years. When I called customer service for air loss last week... they wanted to charge me almost $300 for a new air pump and then another $200 for installation. When I told the agent on the phone e about what my pamphlet and what the salesman told me 7 years ago when I bought it....he told me they lied to me and that happens all the time. It's his number one complaint from customers, about the company lying to the customers just to get the sale. Also the in home trial starts from date of purchase, not date of delivery like they tell you in the store when you buy it.

      They delivered as expected and set up was a breeze. They helped us get connected to the internet and reviewed all features with us. One thing I have trouble with is at times when internet goes down, I have to manually reconnect when it's back on.

      My wife and I were interested in getting a new bed for better sleep. We found ourselves sleeping restless and hot. We saw an ad for Sleep Number beds advertising cooler sleep. We went to the store and had an excellent experience and got a new bed.

      Greg at the Spokane Washington store was supper helpful when we entered the store. No pressure and we bought the Flex King bed. It was delivered right on time and the service men were great. Very informative and helpful. Cleaned up all the trash and hauled off our old mattress and box springs. We would recommend this store to everyone. The bed is great. Sleep better than ever.

      I bought an i8 Smart bed with a flex king frame. I wish I'd bought the split king instead because my partner and I like the foot raised or lowered at different times.
      The bed performs well, so I gave it 4 stars, but there are several issues that prevent it from earning 5.
      For starters, the Sleep Number app routinely requires me to reset the bed position when my partner uses a preset, such as "Watch TV," such assists both sides. My app doesn't register the change so it has to be reset. Every. Single. Time! It also can't register accurate sleep and health stats when we spoon in the middle of the bed.
      A major disappointment is that Sleep Number isn't compatible with Alexa or Google. It would be REALLY nice to say "raise or lower my head" or "adjust sleep number to 65."
      Another issue is the small foot warming surface area. It should cover 30% of the bed, not 15%.
      Another issue is the lack of quality assurance at the Sleep Number factory. When my air pump died, they sent me a new one that wasn't even fully assembled. It had no power connectors in it at all. Nowhere to plug it in, and no power cord. I was flabbergasted that they literally didn't finish assembling the pump at the factory before packing it up and shipping it to me. How does something like that happen? They replaced it, but I had to sleep on the couch for over a week in the meantime. Not great, considering I had back surgery and am generally bed ridden, which is why I spent 10 grand on it. You'd think that would come with a faster parts replacement process.
      The final problem is its lack of cooling capability. They created a separate, under-sheet cooling system, which I purchased for almost 2 grand that I really wish I hadn't. It blows WAY too little air. I have you really concentrate to perceive any difference, and I'm still sweating at night. Had I known how weak this cooling system was, I simply would've just stopped sleeping with a blanket and saved 2 grand.
