As a gay man I worked with Katrina K, and she was able to connect me with a couple of guys - the first introduction not being a hit, but the second introduction has been a solid triple (too early to know if it’s a home run).
Katrina takes the time to listen to her client, and assures both parties are willing to be introduced.
I have rated my experience 4 stars as it’s too soon to know if my match will be lasting. However, there is great potential for an ongoing relationship (hopefully more) and it would not have happened without Katrina’s diligence, care, and guidance.

This experience was atrocious!
My first matchmaker did nothing for two months, and when I followed up about the no responsiveness was given another matchmaker. I was not given the time back and was told that this was purely due to "onboarding time".
I was repeatedly given poor matches that were exactly the profile of person that I said I did NOT want, and was asked to give them a chance because they did not want me to miss out on the exception to the rule. They were all horrendous.
They changed my matchmaker several times.
The only saving grace was my final matchmaker who I only had for the last two months, though that was too late to do anything! She didn't have time to match me with anyone.
I barely had the minimum quantity of matches.
Oh, and I paid for the highest service possible, where I was supposed to get white glove treatment, so this was especially a slap in the face. I got photos done and a fashion consult, which I thought the fashion consult was supposed to be helping curate my wardrobe similar to what I described when I did the sales call, though it was just a basically sales pitch from the fashion person for her business to try to get me to buy things where she would get a cut.
It's very clear that the matchmakers are incentivized to just send people on a date without it actually being a quality match, and don't care at all whether it is a valuable match for the client. And the upper tiers of clients mean nothing.
This was such a huge waste of money and I discourage anyone from wasting their time or money, especially if you are in not in a big city. I was in the Nashville market. They should have been honest with me and told me that they were not going to be able to find quality matches for me.
I could tell stories here of the low quality of people I went on dates with, though I don't want to be defamatory of the people themselves. Luma should be ashamed, though.LUMA Luxury Matchmaking

LUMA set me up on on sweet virtual date. I thought the match was very good quality. It was better than I would have thought, really actually vibing more on my level than most dating app dates and I had a very fun time. Matchmaking is a process it takes time and patience. Liana took time to get to know me. She’s sometimes pushed me out of my comfort zone, but it’s done in a gentle way for me to open my eyes to opportunities I wouldn’t have considered otherwise.
