      I want compensation for the trouble my husband and I went through when he was stranded on a busy highway at night. The compensation is for the time it took AAA to figure out what district he was in to getting to him and for no manager ever ever calling me back. We have been loyal customers for 20 years and this is rotten what they did to us.

      I called in May 2023 to cancel my membership as I no longer reside in *********. I was told it would be cancelled at the end of my membership. On June 30, 2023, I saw a renewal charge on my bank statement and called immediately to find out why am I being charged a renewal as I was under the impression my membership should no longer be active. I asked for my AAA to be cancelled and was told I will receive a call back on the matter. Its been two weeks and I have yet to hear from these people. This is beyond unprofessional. You ignored a customers request to cancel their membership and run off with their money. This is very poor business practice.

      1st I need to start with that Im living with a chronic heart condition. On Feb 28th I calledAAA to schedule a tow from the auto shop back to my house because I was concerned that if I drove it back it would not make it. I originally had my truck towed there to get a diagnostic. However, the rep was very accusatory as if she was personally using her tow to help me. I was very upset with how she approached the call because Im a paying customer since 2013. On Wednesday, March 1st I contacted AAA again while I was at the auto shop to set up my tow and the rep was very nice and scheduled the tow and was scheduled to arrive in 90 *********** requested a manager contact me but when I got off the phone a woman whom I believe was the same lady from yesterday morning called me and proceeded to talk to me just like the lady from 2/28/23. I asked if it was the same person and she denied that, I asked her why is she policing my call and she said she didnt know what I was talking about and wanted to tell me the rules. I told her that I just need to get my car back home Plz this is already a stressful situation. She used the same accusatory tone as if this was coming out of her personal funds. I waited 90 minutes for the tow and called AAA two minutes before they were supposed to arrive. And another rep checked and said oh theres a delay so youll have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour. I was upset because no one bothered to contact me to let me know and I had been waiting 90 minutes already and she thought it was no problem for me to wait another ****hr. Its hard for me to do that with my health. Very upset by this I took a walk to call my doctor to settle down. Then the tow comes, they call and I answer as Im trying to flag down the tow and the guy on the phone said that Ill have to start over and pay cash. I told the guy to Plz call & have the tow come back and he said no. I was left at auto shop with no way home & still needing a tow and no manager has reached out.

       I am rejecting this response because: 

      i completed a survey sent by AAA as well. A manager by the name of ***** contacted me via phone. She listed to my concerns and said that she would review the calls with all reps involved and that she will put in a request for a refund for my account but wasnt sure about my Uber ride. The next day I got a call from her manager who was just as rude as the reps who took the time to dig through my account history and tell me because the other card member used a tow outside of Hennepin county that we wasnt refunding nothing. I said okay Ill just have to go to small claims court. I called ***** right back she didnt answer but I left her a message and no call. Still seeking a full refund plus Urber ride for being stranded waiting on tow.

      On December 1, 2023 I contacted AAA when my car broke down on I-94 outside of *****, **. My AAA plan includes a free tow within 100 miles. My first call to the company for a tow was around 10pm. The temperature was in the 20s. The person I spoke with in the call center said that they were reaching out to find me a tow and that they would be in touch within 20 min with more information. No one called me back within 20 min.After the time window expired I called back again seeking an update. They confirmed that my case was active and told me that I would have a tow in ***** min. I was relieved and sat on the phone with a friend to ease my nerves while waiting. After 40 min no one had come and disconnected my call with my friend to start conserving my phone battery. After the second time window expired I called them back again. They gave ************** information and said they had not yet been able to reach a tow company within their system to help me and that they were still working on it. At this point they also suggested if I was able to find a tow they would reimburse me. I did not pursue trying to find a tow on my own because the call center told me they were actively working on finding one and I was afraid that I would lose my phone battery and be alone on the side of the road as a single woman in 20 degree weather. An hour later they still had not solved the problem and had to have my ********************************************************************** At this point I contacted AAA for third, fourth, and fifth time to get the proper information on abandoning my vehicle while they continued to sort out the tow. They informed me all three times that I could leave my car unlocked with the key in the front seat for the tow to collect when they came.I got home at 1AM after spending three hours alone in the car, in the dark, freezing in 20 degree weather, having a complete panic attack, inches from passing semi trucks. They put my life in danger.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Because I do not believe you have realized what a potentially deadly error your business has in its way of operating. I could have died because the people on the phone werent giving me accurate information. You need to fix this before you kill someone. My refund has nothing to do with this. Ive been a constant state of fight or flight since my experience with your business and you have nothing to offer me ti make up for it.

      12/26/2022 I requested a tow from AAA because my tires werent suited for the slippery roads, my car was running just fine. When their truck driver arrived, he was extremely rude and told me to grow a pair after I explained the situation. And to top it all off, my vehicle was damaged after he dropped it off. I found out when I needed to go to work and my vehicle wouldnt move because he had damaged my transmission somehow

      Hi, You have been wonderful helping me with my membership. I called yesterday to have my daughters car towed from a parking space at Sparks Automotive. I spoke to two different people one being a supervisor, I think she said her name was *********. ****** was not able to fix my daughters car. She has the receipt showing she paid for the diagnostics. She said they wont tow it until the business is open which is not until Monday. Her windows are down and its rained. So I paid for my membership and was okay to pay the ***** fee, but now its going to cost 1***** to tow it with **********************. Both the customer service person and the supervisor were very rude to me. Is there anything you can do about this?Thank you, ********************* ************ This is a complaint against Triple A. The email I sent to the rep which is above explains my concerns and the way the supervisor and a different representative treated me.
