      Still waiting for a tow (currently 5 hours) for a tow. Kept calling for updates and the times kept getting longer and longer. Even when connected to the manager (****** *******) via chat, no response. This was my first time using the service and will not use them again (makes sense for them to want to lose members that actually needed their service).

      Paid for a full year membership and now they are saying my membership expires after 10 months. Tried to talk to an agent about it and they were very rude and would just end the chat without finishing the conversation. I tried numerous times to request a new card over the months and Ive never received one. My membership has said pending since I signed up, so Im not even sure I would receive roadside assistance even if I tried. This has been a horrible experience with AAA and I will not be renewing my membership for another year. Dont expect any help from their customer service representatives. They will just ignore your messages and end the chat. 0/10

      I do not feel that I should be discriminated for an ex-boyfriend who use my account without my permission to make three transactions to get gas in one day. I tried to renew my service and was informed of this information and denied permanently for someone elses claims. I was advised we had 4 claims each in 1 year Not 4 claims total for 1year period of time. I was not advised of this when I signed up for the service. I also was advised if you use the four services that you are allowed in one year you will be cancelled and never be able to use their service again. I was told 4 each .I feel that you and everyone else should know what very poor service they provide and do not advise you of these repercussions or false mis representations . I feel these matters should be advised to ************** before deciding to do the business with these companies. I feel very misinformed and discriminated of Aaas very poor business practices. Especially when I was unaware this even happened. I even advised them he no longer lived here, and I know longer spoke with him and they still do not care. What would be fair is to discontinue service with the person who did too many claims and not cancel someone for four Claims when it was supposed to be 8 claims 4 each every year? I should also be given the choice who I want to do business & given the true facts of how they do business before I make my business choice. In my area I only have 1 other provider that I am aware of that provides this service. ****************** 1-12-24

      We have been a AAA member since 2012. This past summer, on Sunday July 25, 2023, my car died on the side of the road while driving to my son's baseball game. Called AAA at 5:35 to request service/support and was told I'd be contacted within an hour. Called again at 6:21 and was told it could be up to another 2 hours. Called again at 7:16 and was told there was no service/support request on file, at which point - after needlessly waiting 2 hours for service/support that was never coming - I coordinated a tow truck on my own and paid for it out of pocket. The only time I received an actual return call was the following morning, to ask if I still needed my car towed.With our annual renewal coming up on 11/30/2023, I called today on 10/31/23 to cancel our coverage. I learned they had already taken the auto-renewal payment on 10/27/23 - even though it stated right in the renewal notice that my card would be charged 30 days prior to the expiration date. The person I was on the phone with was not authorized to refund that payment, but rather had to submit an escalation request which requires somebody to call me back to coordinate the refund - which can take up to 3 days.All I want is to cancel this roadside assistance service which failed to provide actual roadside assistance when I actually needed it.

      I have had AAA roadside assistance for 30+ years and Have been incredibly disappointed by the poor service I have received . On a Sunday late afternoon I had a flat tire as I was exiting 35w South at 90th street. I called AAA and was told that being I was considered high priority for being on the freeway. Someone would call me within 45 minutes. I called 45 minutes later and was told that my ETA was 5:56 which was an hour away. I called at 5:54 and was told that they hadn't talked with a truck and they could not give me an ETA. I explained that I was told this was high priority and was told "oh".. Did I mention that it was 95 degrees,I waited until 6:30, 2 1/2 hours after my initial call. Walked to a house near me and asked if I could leave my van in front of his home overnight. I called a friend, who came and got me and took me home.
