WRONGLY towed me from my apartment's parking lot which I pay $200 a month to park in, the apartment has my car on file so this doesn’t happen and they still forced me to pay $300 from my car back. Unreal, this place should be shut do

To Whom it may concern, I will need some more information for this tow if you would like me to investigate it. We don't tow vehicles if the property doesn't request the service.

I would be cautious about working with this company.
I had a vehicle improperly towed in March by one of their contracted trucks (JMT Towing) which resulted in severe damage - they were found liable. JMT admitted to damaging my AWD vehicle by dragging it (something tow truck drivers know not to do) but has continued to ignore any communication and responsibility despite multiple entities reaching out.
WSI was on the initial damage report paperwork, so I called them for updates regularly because I used my vehicle daily and it was undrivable. The RUDE staff told me something different every time while others were trashing me in the background. I was told 'someone else is responsible', 'we will call you back', 'wait a month for our insurance to review the complaint', and multiple back handed comments until I threatened legal action. It was extremely upsetting because I wasn't cursing or yelling to deserve the way I was spoken to.
I will give WSI credit because after I let them know I was meeting with a lawyer, a manager was finally put on the phone. They let me know their contracted truck responsible and provided their information. Someone even called to check on the situation a few weeks later. I don't think the entire company is bad, but I recommend caution because I question some of the people they employ and contract with.

The manager is completely out of his mind. I don't know how this is legal. I happily paid and picked my car up after the fact when I initally called two days prior, I was told my car was not there. Turns out it actually was at their location and someone made a "mistake". I assumed I could just talk to a manager when he was back in office to get a refund for that since I picked it up on the weekend and moved on with no issues. But when I called the manager he screamed at me and only offered me $35 back when I paid them almost $400. He then blamed me for the issue even happening and that he "guessed" I did not give them the correct information. He screamed at me more and hung up on me. I am not the typical person to fight with any kind of management or opperation and know I should pay the $260 for the tow but it is like they are purposefully doing this to get more money. He said hes worked in the business for over 20 years but when I picked my car up and paid they told me it was probably one of the new employees mistake. I ended up getting no refund back and stolen from by this particular location. The manager or business needs to be investigated.

Our car was towed here. When we went to pick up the car the man got super belligerent when we wouldn’t sign a release regarding damage before we saw our car. Then he crossed out where we wrote that we did not agree because we hadn’t seen the car. We had to threaten to wait for the police to come before getting our car. (And we were prepared to wait, I assure you)
This maybe the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been. They are not better and should not be in business..

Predatory tow company that is absolutely blurring the line between legal and illegal, there's a reason they have multiple names for the same buisness

Hello, I'm sorry you feel this way, but Metro WSI is the company who towed your vehicle and holds the contract for the property that you parked your vehicle in. The only other name is Metro Wrecker Services Inc.

My car was towed in November 2022. Following the tow my car was damaged, it had incurred a bent right front stabilizer link, bent front inner tire rod, as well as a bent outer tire rod. I immediately filed a damage report the following day at the impound. Every time I called to discuss the damage they would tell me the guy I need to talk to was not available to speak to. Finally, after probably 10 times of being told the guy wasn't available (*****), he talked to me and said he would look into it. Every time from then on out when I would ask about it, he would just say he was looking into it. It has now been 6 months and I haven't heard a word from them. Sadly it seems like this is a common practice for them after reading the other customer reviews on this page. They damage people's cars, take 0 accountability, and ignore them when it is brought to their attention. Clearly their tow drivers don't know how to properly tow a car without damaging it, probably trying to be speedy and get out of there before they get caught. Not to mention the HORRIBLE customer service, constantly telling me the guy isn't around, even though I would leave my name and number and my car/license plate number every time, and they would never respond back to me.

My car got towed on 04/08/23 and when I got there to pick it up I noticed damage that was not there prior to the tow on the front driver’s side fender. I immediately filed a damage report and was told they would get back to me in a couple of days. Several days passed and I did not receive a call so I called them and they told me that their damage report handler was not in that day so I was instructed to wait another couple days. Again, another several days passed with no details from them so I contacted them again. I got to speak with the damage report handler and they stated that the employee who filed their own damage report for my car was not in office that day so I had to wait again. Several days later and once again, no call. I called them and spoke with the damage report handler and they reviewed the report the employee filled out but it did not match with the damage I claimed on my report. They stated they would get back to me in a couple of days once they talk with the employee. I am currently still waiting to hear back from them and it has been again, several days. I have now been waiting almost a month for a resolution to this issue.
    Overall:
    -Bad customer service.
    -Bad time management.
    -Bad communication skills.
    -Bad experience.
-If I could put 0 stars I would.

My friend paid for my parking spot. They towed me because they said he handed me a ticket. I emailed my receipt and his card to them. They forwarded me to speak with the security agency, where I was yelled at and told “I’m tired of dealing with you people”. They asked for my own card information and said they would give me a refund and then said I need to bring the card I used there, as if I’m going to bring my friend’s card it. Why is email different then in person to provide proof. Only nice person there was Cathy, everyone else I’ve worked with has given me the run and around. They run a scheme and they are verbally assaultive towards customers.
