Airplane traffic has been routed directly over ********* with a consistent nonstop all day and night arrival pattern flying over the exact same area over and over hundreds of times a day it is absolutely ridiculous. The disturbance of peace. Why is it allowed that a business destroy somebodys home? A private citizen couldnt do this Going around causing endless noise that others have to endure for the sake of profit. Over 20 miles from the airport and I can read the bottom of planes. Its absolutely ridiculous. They fly this low over the exact same spot endlessly.

    Dear Representative of the BBB,

The airport is currently conducting necessary runway maintenance that has closed two runways this summer. With these closures, Air Traffic Control is directing aircraft to use open runways, and there has been an increase in the amount of aircraft that are using available runways. We have been hearing from residents that are noticing the changes in flight patterns, particularly from those that live on the approach path for arrivals to Runway 35, similar to the resident that reached out to you. We have had several communications with this resident and shared this information as well.

While there has been an increase in the number aircraft arriving to ****** during construction, we expect the airport to return to pre-construction flight patterns when the work is complete at the end of September.

We do provide mitigation for eligible homes. The eligibility requirements of our program are available at ***************************************************************. Eligibility is determined on an annual basis based on actual activity at the airport. If this resident's home met the eligibility criteria to participate in the program they would be able to receive mitigation through our program.

Please reach out for any additional information.

I am rejecting this response because:

A business destroying somebodys quality of Life should be illegal. A private citizen cant go around the neighborhood making outrageous noise constantly, and not be arrested. Yet airplanes can fly over at altitudes you can read the bottom of the plane when you live 20+ miles from the airport, and constantly change direction from south to north to head back to the airport turning on the exact same spot over ********* repeatedly, I think 35 planes went over my house yesterday causing excessive noise. They also come through at midnight shaking my windows. I live over 20 miles from the airport. I cant qualify for your noise mitigation somehow this isnt noise to you or your billion dollar airline companies That can disturb the peace CONSTANTLY and dont have to follow any laws to run a business for profit, its a joke
