    After researching, looking at reviews and talking with several different property management companies, I decided on CMS and I am glad I did. They are a smaller company that provides personalized service - you aren't passed on from person to person. You have direct contact with whomever you started with. I first spoke with ***** (before I signed with them) and she was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, straightforward and confident. Once I decided to partner with CMS, ******* came out to ***********, took pictures, discussed the process of finding the right tenant, their application process and research of the tenant and finally his suggested rent. That afternoon, my home was listed. After just 4-5 showings, it was rented. I would highly recommend CMS (and personally, ***** and *******) they are awesome!

    I feel so fortunate to have found ***** at Complete Management Services! I have had 2 horror stories of renting my property and was ready to throw in the towel, when ***** saved my bacon! She had great advise, was kind and responsive, and found an amazing tenant quickly. It felt like a surreal reality and she also gave me the confidence to manage the property on my own!
