HWC Has had my $3217.74 since 11-22-22: NINE [9] WEEKS and not until calling them on 1-30-23 was I informed by a call to their salesman - RYAN ********* - THAT THEY COULD NOT DO THE JOB!!
I ASKED HIM FOR A FULL REFUND BY 1-27-23, FRIDAY. TODAY HWC CALLED AND SAID "THE CHECK WOULD BE IN MAIL FRIDAY 1-22-23, WHICH MEANS THEY WILL HAVE HAD MY $$$$$$$$$$$$ FOR 10 OR MORE WEEKS!
HWCs SUNNIE BERGH DID SEND AN E-MAIL ON 12-9-22 STATING:
1. PROJECT APPROVED & JOB WILL BE MOVED INTO PRODUCTION PROCESS.
2. WILL STAY IN TOUCH UNTIL READY TO SCHEDULE.
3. 1st STEP IS BUILDING PERMITS, WHICH CAN TAKE UP TO 2-3 WEEKS.
FAILURE TO RECEIVE A POSTIVE RESPONSE TO THE PROBLEM HAS PROMPTED ME TO WRITE TO YOU DIRECTLY.

******************** money has been returned to him via our accounts payable. This project is located in *******. He is working with our office in *****************. One of many unfortunate consequences of a hurricane the nature of *** is delays in the permitting process. We submitted everything needed to the *********************** on time, and their process handcuffed **. We allowed **************** to cancel his project, sent his money back, and will reach out to him when we receive his permit and see if he wants to continue, as starting over with another company will take even longer. HWC is sympathetic to all the residents in SW ******* and doing everything we can to speed up the process.Burton L

5 starsAfter receiving five different quotes from five different roofing contractors, I chose Hoffman Weber, because of the outstanding job JB ****, Remodeling Consultant, did. JB did a very thorough job with the work he did on my estimate. I wasn't able to sign a contract on that day, primarily because I was pursuing my finance options.
When I was ready to sign a contract and have the work done, JB quickly responded and got the process going.
After the roofing material was delivered, two days later, work began on replacing my nearly 20 year old roof with GAF class IV hail resistant shingles. The work was being supervised by Victor *****, Project Manager. Unfortunately Victor and I never met face to face, but he made sure I knew he was available if I had questions or had any problems, which fortunately I had neither.
Too my amazement, my project was completed in 10 hours from start to finish. I could not have been more happy with the results. Thus far the new roof has weathered two snow storms and so far I have not identified any problem areas that might need warranty work.
The only SNAFU was when the roofing materials were delivered, the delivery truck cracked a section of my driveway. The delivery personnel quickly informed their supervisor about the damage. Hoffman Weber was not responsible for the damage, but made inquiries for me when I asked who was responsible. Unfortunately I had no direct communication with the delivery company, Beacon; however today (11/21/22), unexpectedly, a concrete crew showed up and repaired the damage. Thank you Beacon, but I would a have appreciated some communication.

1 starSteer clear of this company. They charge premium prices for shoddy and poor-quality work. They lack professionalism, courtesy, have no communication and outsource others then say it's not their problem. They train their sales team to lie through their teeth that they can and are able to do the work when they can not. You must watch over their entire body of work the entire time.Review fromScott L

Hoffman Weber listened to what we wanted and helped us make our project happen. ****** was the Project Manager and was very responsive to questions and requests. After interviewing several companies, We chose Hoffman Weber because ** made us feel at ease without high pressure sales. He was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. His customer service was beyond what we expected. ******, the project manager, kept his crew on schedule and returned every phone call we made to him within 24 hours. His crew was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job despite the challenges of siding a 70 year old home. They were very respectful of our home and did an outstanding job in the cleanup (I didnt find a single nail). Hoffman Weber offered ** a fair bid and stuck to it with no hidden or surprise costs. We received great project planning advice from JB **** and onsite installation management from Victor ***** for the replacement of our existing siding, soffit and facia on our 50 year old house. What I also appreciated was that JB never tried to discuss or sell us on other home improvements like windows or roofing. We chose the LP engineered wood siding with the woodgrain finish and it looks great. The installation crew completed the entire siding job in 3 days. The quality of their work is outstanding. They also did a great cleanup of the installation debris after the install. I would recommend Hoffman Weber if you are thinking about residing your home.Hoffman Weber Construction, Inc.

After several quotes for Soffit, Fascia and Gutter from various companies, we selected Hoffman Weber. ** gave the best walk through and gave an itemized quote. Everyone else just gave a flat bottom price. ****** managed the project quickly, great with communicating with us and managed his team on a house that had a few challenges.
