      Connelly Plumbing and heating (Connelly) of ***************** contacted on Sept 1, 2023 to provide plumbing and heating work for our new home. Excavation work began in September and Connelly came in November to do the underground plumbing work. As basement and house framing was done in January, Connelly was contacted to start the indoor work. They arrived mid- January to look things over and thought they would be back in early February to get started. After two months of no communication, an email was provided in mid March that work would resume in April. After two weeks of work in April but not completing the work, the committed to return to May 22 to get the next portion of the work completed. On May 25 I contacted them through email to find out why no one showed up on May 22. Apologies for miscommunication were given and that they would be back the next first week of June. June ***** they worked some more and said they completed the rough in of plumbing and heating but needed the inspection completed. Part of the contract was for them to set up inspections. After not seeing the inspector arrive, I contacted Connelly on June 19 about if the inspection had occurred and was told that they hadn't contacted them yet. After another week on June 26,I contacted Connelly to see if the inspection had been completed. They said yes and identified July 2 or 3 as the next days they would come. July 3 came and I called Connelly and was told we would not be gotten to until the next Tuesday or Wednesday July 9-10. July 10 came and went and an email was sent late July 10 that now they would not come until July *****. Well, it's nearly 11 am on July 17 and they have not arrived. I will contact them after this complaint to find out why we continue to be pushed back in the schedule. We want them to either finish the job, make a major billing adjustment or release the contract as paid in full and we'll find another company to finish the job.
