      Terrible customer service, nobody answers the phone, and costumes did not arrive on time and left me with nothing to wear. Wish there was a 0 star review, 1 star is far too much!

      I ordered an XS chucky for an adult. It looks like it only fits a school age child. The cloth of a dress/ jumper only covered my torso. Then I ordered my child a 12-14 and it won’t even go through her legs and the skirt similar to mine is at her butt. This is a joke. The return policy looks like a difficult process. I do not recommend this website.

      I ordered two costumes for an event I was working at. The parcel arrived in days (amazing considering I am across the other side of the world - New Zealand!!!). The sizing was perfect. I need plus size garments and the costumes were exactly as described! (I've been stung before by other stores, garments made in China that are so wrong on sizing! I've just had to give them away.) So I was dubious EXCEPT that I felt I could trust a site in the USA. And I was right!!! The costumes are well made too. I've now ordered 2 more!!! :) This time just for fun! :) THANKS Halloween Costumes - BRILLIANT!!!

      I am in love with my purchase. For being a noticeable PLUS SIZE, it is a great fit. All of the information pertaining to this product was forthright, and very exacting. The size chart was absolutely correct. My purchase arrived one day early, with was a surprise to me, as it has never happened before with OTHER companies. It was packaged very nice and protectively. As a matter of fact, I saved the plastic re-sealable bag that it came in, rather than just letting it hang in a closet, and I store it in a drawer. Thank You Halloween Company for a lovely item that makes me feel frilly and cute.

      I bought the 5th Element Leeloo Orange Harness Costume. I'm 5'7" and 140lbs and after reading reviews I was a little worried about the fit, but the small fit perfectly. The black stitching on the pants leave some indentations so the pants don't have a perfectly smooth look to them, but it's a minor issue to me. The top was just the right size, not too tight, but no looseness or bunching. The orange strap is adjustable to a bigger size if needed. Well-made. Multi-pass is laminated in plastic without the chain and holder, though. Wig is alright. I would definitely recommend.
